I was very pleased with the quality of the quilt. The one thing I wasn’t so happy with is the actual length of the quilt as it sits on the bed I ordered king-size for my king size bed. It feels like it’s a foot too short from top to bottom of the bed and probably a foot too long side to side of the bed. I’m sure I’ll get used to it, but other than that, the quote is fabulous.

Purchased 2 for each of my teenage…
Purchased 2 for each of my teenage boys. Both are really happy with them. Great quality and there was a great selection of colours/patterns on the website. I got the matching pillow cases for both duvets as well. Delivery was prompt and they were well packaged. Will be ordering again in the future.

I couldn’t be more delighted
I couldn’t be more delighted. Duvet is light and the cotton cover makes it very easy to manoeuvre over the bed. In every way it is a vast improvement over my previous duvet which came in two separate parts which were used either separately or together according to the season, this together with the absence of a separate duvet cover is making a bed no longer a chore and saves a great deal of time.

For a 10.5 tog, it is on the thin side. Not as warm asthought it would be, having to put a blanket on top.

Great duvet, was a bit worried when I first opened as it’s quite thin but no need to worry it keeps me very warm. I’ve now got my 2nd one.

The material is nylon and not silk as advertised. It felt like I was sleeping with my raincoat on. Noisy at every turn. The worst of all it that your return policy is very shady. Followed the link to make a return, was charged for making a return, but received an error message that my address is incorrect. Have sent and email, even chatted up on the WhatsApp number, sill no help. This whole experience, it looks like Zelesta is a scam.

The duvet I felt was too stiff and not very comfortable. However I decided to keep it. Unfortunately I stupidly put the wrong quantity in the box when I ordered and have found your returns process exceedingly complicated when I tried to return the extra duvet. It’s been a very stressful experience for me as I have no access to printers. I won’t be ordering again as I’m scared if I need to return anything I’ve got to go through this again.
