Due to our immense growth over the past year, we've recently outsourced our in-house fulfilment of our Shopify store orders to Zendbox.
No regrets! From getting a quote to our introductory meetings and now to successful fulfilling, the Zendbox team truly is fantastic, understanding and happy to help. Shoutout to Peter, Fintan, and Nick for your guidance in the first few weeks and a special shoutout to everyone on the floor for picking and packing more than 6,000 orders in just a couple of days.

I have been using Zendbox for a number of years now. I am called and emailed by competitors often but my response is always the same. I have no need to change. Finding good suppliers is key and once you have them they are an integral part of your growth strategy. I strongly recommend looking at Zendbox to see if they meet your needs.

We started using Zendbox as our fulfilment full time in May this year and the team have been nothing but helpful during and after the transition. All our orders have been packed and delivered super quick and all queries are very quickly resolved. Also Zoe and Keely have been amazing through out helping and advising when needed, nothing is ever to much trouble. The tech that is used has definitely helped to improve our business. Overall we are very happy with the work so far and would certainly recommend.

Overall, our experience with Zendbox has been great. Our orders are usually shipped within a day, the Team respond to any question or query promptly and the Zendportal system is very easy to use and shows us all the information we need. We did experience some issues last year around Black Friday and Christmas including shipment delays but since meeting with the team, they have managed to get back on track and have implemented a lot of changes and improvements since. Gilson and his Team are really friendly and helpful.

I very rarely write reviews, but wanted to do so given the great chat that I had with Karl from their team. While we realised that Zendbox didn't have a warehouse in our required location pretty early into the call, Karl didn't try to cut the call short (his time would have been better spent speaking with a potential customer and most sales reps would "switch off"). Instead he took the time to answer any questions that I might have and gave me genuinely useful advice and feedback, so much so that it made me feel valued as a small startup and helped earn my complete trust.

Karl, you earned Zendbox an advocate just by being generous with your time with a small startup that you could have easily palmed off. Thank you!
