Best of the best
In his first month, the system moderated 40,000 on my Facebook page (Konfitura), work no human could have kept up with.
Three months in, while switching from the proof-of-concept version to the production system, I was cut off from the tool for several days. Comments went back to reaching me unfiltered. That's when I realized something I hadn't seen before: the hate I’d been reading for years hadn't been bouncing off me. It had been wearing me down.
I thought I didn't care. Then it came back, and I felt it immediately.
Online hate works like chronic stress. It fades slowly, and we recover slowly. But we recognize it the moment it returns. You often can't tell how much it weighed on you until it's gone, and the difference is hard to unsee.
