Shocking quality AVOID
None of their products compare with other brands and are just cheap Chinese imports from a supplier called tianyuan who is renowned for using low quality hair.
The micro bonds are all different sizes so impossible to fit using standard rings. They also go flat and sticky so are impossible to refit
The tapes are really low quality and not very sticky so come lose very quickly and their version of an injection tape is terrible and very thick and noticeable
The density of the hair across all application types is very low so extensions look stringy and damaged very quickly
Their customer service is probably the biggest overall issue, but it’s probably due to the fact they constantly have to deal with complaints so are very dismissive and expert at diminishing responsibility
As a stylist it’s not worth your while dealing with a company this unreliable, as unfortunately the buck stops with you when your clients come back with complaints
