A very useless bank. Can never rely on thud bank. They will make you wash plate one day

Zenith Bank, as well as their app, are the worst things to happen to banking. For real. And the service at the Otigba branch in Enugu, Nigeria, is horrible. Withdrawing all my money since apparently closing accounts is even harder than opening one. Lol. Anyways, if you're reading this, please save yourself and your money the trouble. Like a wise person said on Twitter, if Zenith Bank is your only bank, one day you will surely wash plates at a restaurant. Thank you.

worst costumer service ever! Rude and ill-informed.

Terrible customer service. They don't respond to inquiries online, and if they do, it is quite late and this is really annoying, especially when you need a response as soon as possible. You should at least let the customer know that you are working on it.

The so-called intelligent customer service representative, Ziva, is yet to reply my message on WhatsApp, no response on Twitter for days.

The live chat seems to be the best option right now, but response time is around 10 minutes, and the staff doesn't even acknowledge your message or inform you of the progress.

This bank robs customers in broad daylight with all manner of frivolous and ridiculous charges.

This is the worst bank ever with the worst banking system. Late response, their website says 247 customer call center - that's a big lie. Service is highly slow and inefficient.

They do not deserve any star at all. Their customer service team is the worst. Very rude set of people and need to be well trained. They are unable to help customers in diaspora as well. They make things difficult for you.

I have a business in Ghana and I have an account in Zenith bank Accra branch, whe my business income is deposited.
I have experienced theft of some of my fee money by a dishonest manager, who was fired. I have a sizeable amount if funds in my account that the bank has not been able to let me have. They attempted to transfer funds to my European account, which failed and eventually they claimed that they were not able to complete for whatever reasons.
Me and my lawyer sued the bank and we have been I court twice and always they find an excuse and straight lie to prevent me getting my money. This process has taken almost 3 years and lot of funds and yet I'm not any closer to resolve this. This bank has proven to be very dishonest. They won't allow me even to transfer my funds to a different local bank, without a large payment!!

I've had lots of debits which occured on failed transactions - airtime purchases, ATM withdrawals, etc. - which weren't subsequently reversed. I've logged dispense errors but they don't respond or reverse it.

What do you call someone who takes your money without your permission and without delivering the equivalent value?

Their staffs are the most inhumane set of people on earth. opened an account from Zenith bank, gudu branch fct Abuja, two months now I cant access the account not to talk of applying for an atm card. spent my transport going there several times yet they cant work on my account. sent series of emails, still no response. what pains me the most is the money I av in that account.
