If I could rate no stars for this…
If I could rate no stars for this company I would. I recently tried this product in a hotel in Glasgow. I thought it was lovely so my husband bad kindly bought it for my birthday. We ordered from their Zenology website and at checkout it stated free shipping. Also stated this in my order confirmation, at no point throughout the transaction did it state there would be extra shipping fees of £68.51 from the courier. The courier would not give me the package unless I paid the fee to which refused. I contacted Zenology who told me it’s CLEARLY stated on their website about such fees. You have to look for this information. This should be stated throughout the checkout transaction but it’s not. I’m sure nobody would order otherwise. They have simply told me they will refund me minus the shipping fees occurred to me and to send back to them. So basically I’ve lost almost £186 to this company . Shocking to say the least. Do not recommend one bit.
