I ordered the Zenova translation earbuds from zenova-shop.com for about $95 USD (including the travel case and shipping). After paying, I contacted them about my order status — and their response shocked me.

They claimed I had purchased from a "former supplier", even though my order was made directly through their official website (zenova-shop.com). Instead of helping or issuing a refund, they told me to contact my bank for a refund and refused to take responsibility.

To make things worse, they then asked me to place a new order through their site after that!

This behavior is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam operation. I never received my product or a refund from them.

Save yourself the trouble — do NOT buy from Zenova-Shop.com. If you already have, contact your bank or card provider immediately to dispute the charge.

These guys are total scammers. The guy I spoke with Darren White claims he would be doing prop trading but once I paid $5K he totally ghosted me. Avoid at all costs.

Offers a 60 day money back guarantee and a 14 day refund policy but does not stand by this. Do not buy from this company they do not honour there polices. Numerous emails asking for a refund only to be given the run around.
