ZenSim made travelling overseas so much easier and completely stress-free. The coverage was excellent, the setup was quick and simple, and the service worked reliably wherever I travelled. Really easy to get set up and worked great while I was overseas. Coverage was solid, the app was simple to use, and the customer service team were friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. Would definitely use it again.

Used ZinSim on two different trips, one to India and one to New Zealand. It was really easy to use and great service, would recommend and use again.

First time using an esim. Easy to setup. Used a month package for Europe. Worked fine in Italy, France, Spain and Greece. Will use again next time

I used the travel esim in rome and it has been disastrous mostly 3G or E connection and can’t even load the maps

I contacted the support and they said there’s an outage (i dunno the other travellers had esims from different providers and they didn’t had any issues) and offered a refund which was great

Not worth it just pay extra for an established esim

Works really well in Germany, Austria , Switzerland and Italy, been in Europe for 14 days and not a problem

Im in my 60's and found the purchase, set up and experience with Zensim brilliant. Easy to download the app. All instructions were clear and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone who wants to keep their phone number and travel with ease.

I have been a customer of zensim for the past few years, not only has their mobile service been outstanding and incredibly cost effective but their travel esims have saved me so much money on trips. I have had minor issues (on my end) at times and their customer service has always been prompt and comprehensive. It is great to see an small australian company making an impact in the telco space. I don’t usually write reviews but was quite impressed by how good this eSIM was in Japan. I have used Airalo many times before but faced intermittent connectivity issues which is why I wanted to try something different. I had a much smoother experience with ZenSim. If you’re reading this, I’d recommend this eSIM :)
