No problems all was done as supposed to be 👍
Though now I have put it together and have found only one battery where it says dual battery 90 km battery life hopefully this gets resolved quickly

Slight hiccup with delivery but that’s logistics! Great product and great service. So stoked with it. The wheels have some trouble as they are flat packed and the tyre was crunched due to packing and not inflating in the rim. Just needed to give the tyre a day for the rubber to sit perfectly in the rim.

Great experience getting the bike. The instructions were a little hard to follow (pictures are very small & mono) but got there in the end. Lovely bike - daughter is very happy!

The bike which came had a bent sprocket, and zephyr were happy to send a new socket to replace the damaged one
I was promised an upgraded screen, which I did not get, but I did get a free waterproof phone carrying case.

So far so good , although the bolts for the passenger foot pegs were to short had to go buy new ones!

First up great delivery time. Zephyr support couldn't have been more helpful. Haven't had this much fun in years.If asked would I recommend to a friend, to late I already have! Two thumbs up to Zephyr e bikes!

Great bike, plenty of tutorials on youtube on how to build the bike as the instructions included aren't the clearest to follow. Fast postage, received the bike within a week of ordering.

I am absolutely wrapped with the Cruise X29... it's well made, well designed, and handles great, gear changes are smooth, suspension and seat are firm but comfy... I looked at dozens of ebikes before going with Zephyr... good work guys... you've given my freedom back Thankyou
