A Total Scam. ⭐ 0 STARS if I could — AVOID ZERAVI

Ordered a pair of ASICS from Zeravi on 8 September and I’m still waiting.

I’ve contacted them repeatedly and all I get are the same generic apologies saying my order has been “escalated” and they’re “looking into it”.

I’ve also tried calling them — nobody answers.

I don’t want another copy-and-paste apology. I want a simple answer: Where is my order, and when am I getting it?

Terrible communication, terrible customer service and an absolutely frustrating experience. I would not recommend Zeravi to anyone.

Ordered trainers from zeravi. They took over 4 weeks to be delivered from china, and were the incorrect size and model, and were defective. The trainers appear to be fakes. Company advised returning items are to china and customers expense. Would avoid ordering from this company.

Fake website. Similar websites under this format frequently trap UK buyers by pretending to be local companies, then disappearing once they take the card payment.

I placed an order with this company over two months ago, and it never arrived. I contacted them several times requesting a refund, only to be repeatedly told to “be patient.” After eight weeks of excuses, I had no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank.
This company has shown zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero intention of resolving the issue.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY — they are a complete con.
Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

They ignored my request to cancel which was made 5 minutes after ordering and after reading the reviews on here. They have no phone number and ignore emails, it is a scam site - please report to google so it gets taken down- if you google report awebsite and Zeravi it will show you how to report it

Do not buy from this website. Looks legit but order goes lost, tracking doesn’t work and phone number and email are false.

This is a fraudulent website.
You will not receive anything you buy
You will not be able to get through to anyone.
The tracking link is broken.
A very sophisticated con

I order a pair of trainers but they were unable to supply them. So they refunded my money without me having to contact them. So how could I not give them five stars.

I bought Sandals from here 3 weeks ago. Just like other reviews, no sign of the shoes, no tracking that works and no reply to multiple email requests. Very disappointing and am thinking this must be a scam website ☹️

Shoes ordered over 3 weeks ago have still not arrived. Tracking link doesn’t work. Contact phone number doesn’t work. No reply to three email requests for update.
I suspect I have been completely ripped off…
