This is a long time coming. I've used Matt's shop/service for years now, back when the site was called Paracablemods. I've never once had so much as an inconvenience when using the site/talking with Matt. Despite asking stupid questions via customer support message or even needing a quick refund as I used the wrong payment method, Matt is an absolutely stellar individual.
When Zerkgamingmods has a product I'm looking for, I will *always* buy here before any other outlet.

I got a Ninjutso Sora in limited edition red. It goes fast. Also stopped working very fast but Matthew from ZerkGamingMods helped even faster. Great support experience. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Despite royal mail mistakenly delivering to the wrong address, they sent a 2nd pair of mouse grips out free of charge. Matt is extremely friendly and very quick to get back to you, would give 6 stars if I could.

Product arrived in good condition, although there was some trouble with Royal Mail's delivery, customer service helped out a lot and was very prompt with their replies and getting in touch with Royal Mail, the problem was quickly resolved. Thanks Matthew!

Solid customer service, I've bought from Zerk Gaming Mods for ages now, really friendly, quick experience. Cables are great quality and I have still got 3 mice rocking them. The Lamzu I ordered had an issue with the scroll wheel and Matt dealt with it promptly and sorted everything out quickly with no issues. Great to have a small company selling niche gaming gear in the UK - Keep it up!

Confusing experience, zerkgamingmods is the only UK based seller for a lot of products that give variety to the gaming peripheral category which makes it essential to use for people who play games competitively, the rest of europe has maxgaming, america has lethalgaminggear, this is all we have.

But it feels like a 1 man company.

When you pay with paypal it defaults to an echeque (first time I have ever seen this) and that delays your order by around a week, if I had known I would have used my card because I had scrims this week and needed the pad.

Once the week had elapsed it took 10 days for my order to arrive when I paid for 24 hour shipping (I never got a tracking number) understandably 4 of those days were lost to easter but it felt like the order was shipped only when I went to the discord server to ask for it (it arrived 24 hours after this despite being marked as processed a full week prior) I noticed people on reddit, and in the discord saying similarly that their orders were taking a while, so perhaps the amount of orders is weighing down on the lack of staff?

Other than disappointment with the timing the mousepad was well packaged and did arrive, it just took a considerable bit longer than 24 hours 😭

Ordered the Lamzu Mini - On thursday and was shipped by end of day on Tracked 24hr First Class shipping. If it wasn't for Royal Mail and delays it would have been next day.

The Discord was super helpful when tracking my order. Admins replied almost straight away and where more than happy to help!

Amazing customer support. Nothing but good has come out of my interactions. Quick and non automated replies, friendly and very insightful responses.

Had an issue with my Lamzu Atlantis mouse and the issue was dealt with swiftly, we ended up being able to swap the boards from another mouse that had been returned for other reasons. Replies to questions were quick, polite and they were very open to different ways of getting it resolved.

Best site to source non mainstream peripherals of a high quality in UK ,which almost always outperform their big name rivals due to not being able to sell products on brand alone. Matt is amazing, always quick to reply to queries. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Every time I order from them I am happier than the last, amazing cables, fast delivery, great support, helpful with any and all issues I have ever had (never been anything from their end just me making mistakes when ordering that they have corrected before sending my stuff out) they are truly the best company I have ever had to deal with period, but they are also the best place in the UK to get a lot of things you wouldn’t usually be able to get your hands on in the UK, 20/10 only site I use for all my mouse needs (:

I wanted a LGG Saturn Pro but didn't want to pay international shipping and potentially customs charges to. So I gave my email to be notified when it became available. I got the notification and ordered immediately. It was dispatched the same day. It arrived well packaged and quickly. Well definitely use again.

Best customer support I've basically ever had. My Lamzu Atlantis side button had broke and they helped me fix it in under 30 minutes. It took the less than 5 minutes to respond to my initial email and it was like that for the rest of the time spent trying to figure out the problem. Turns out the side button plastic has slipped out of place so it wasn't clicking the actual switch or something along the lines of that. Opening it up and putting it back together fixed it but due to me not having the proper equipment it left the skates in poor condition. Thankfully though they are sending me a new pair of tiger ice skates. Have been buying from Zerk for months now and each experience has been a great one. Would definitely recommend, although I will say the processing time for regular orders does take a while I'm assuming is probably a decent reason as to why it is like this so it's a very minor problem but it does affect total shipping time so keep that in mind.

I ordered some mouse feet and switches from them. Great packaging, service and communication. Would recommend.

Ordered my Bruce Lee Edition Pulsar X2 from these guys, along with various mice accessories. Never had any issues and prices are always reasonable!
