Choose them if you want to pay 25% interest or more. Their fees are outrageous.

Such a worst staff they have for little late also they are using abusing words and after I cleared amount they still did not update my amount and again they are asking me to pay, such a worst app charging high interests I don't like to suggest to any on also, and till now they did not update my loan amount its almost 1month done i had cleared and they are asking now, They don't know how to talk with customers also! Always changing extra. My EMIs are at autodebit but there system didn't updated on time for that they charged late fees too so i complained about that they said we will adjust that money before the next EMI but now my loan tenure is over and i didn't get any reimburse on that. And now again i just check my loan due list and i saw that till now every where lender always charge there amount first at starting of loan EMIS so they also did is around 1250₹ with 2499₹ of EMIs for an year which will end at Oct'24 but they raise the last EMI amount is of 2633₹. And on calling them what they suggest to call our lending partner its not what we can do. Shame on these people 😡 its around 25% interest they charged in total. I will never suggest to anyone to use there services.

I am using zest money from last 5 years and took many products from Amazon & Myntra and also took 2 loans from them. From Last 6 months the company has lost all its trust and people working in zest money are so confused and they don't even know what to answer and how solve the customers issue. Since the time we got news that zest money is shutting down they are behaving so weird.

My last month EMI was not deducted from my bank account so I called their customer service to inform the same and ask them that why it has not been deducted so they told me their is a problem but surely it will be deducted withing 24 hours but it didn't happen so I called them again and now they asked to make payment to their lending partner so I made my payment to IIFL and then shared the payment screenshot via email to zest money and asked them to update my payment in the app but they didn't and now it's more then 5 days I have calling them and writing them but they are not replying and after 5 days today I have received an email saying that I have to talk to IIFL and get this issue sorted from them. Now I don't know what to do and how to resolve this issue. I am afraid that this will show a bad impact on my cibil as they haven't updated my payment yet in their system.

Furthermore, the absence of any tangible explanation for the delay only added insult to injury. As a loyal customer, I expected better accountability and proactive measures to rectify the situation promptly. Instead, I was left feeling neglected and undervalued as a patron of their platform.

In conclusion, my experience with Zest Money's delayed refund process has been nothing short of disappointing. As a company that prides itself on fostering trust and convenience for its users, they have failed to uphold their end of the bargain. Firstly I have completed my loan tenure but they still spams me everyday for payment due which I don't have. This is harrasment and I wonder how many people are facing this same problems. I have emailed them week ago and there is no proper response from the team. I wish they had more customers centric team and valued them in near future.

Worst service. They did fraud with me by not returning the interest cashback.

They will delay everytime so once you are done with all your emis they close the account without giving the interest cashback.

Dont take emi scheme from Zest money.

Worst experience with Zest Money, Totally unprofessional and pathetic customer service. I am writing to them since last 6 months regarding the interest cashback, that I was supposed to get but I am still waiting for the same till date and they are closing all request raised by me by marking it solved.

regarding cashback…
I have continued to follow up regarding my cash back for the last 5 to 6 months. I have already provided you required document as per your requirement. But yet I have not received March, August, September, October, November, and December cash back. Such a bad support team. how you frustrate your customers and do not meet your commitments with your customers. and customer support told me you don't pay EMI impact on your CIBIL score. why make fools customers sir?

Worst company there are the biggest fraud company. Give Phone loan on no cost emi in which they promise to pay interest as cashback but you will never receive it . And there customer care executive are worst . Even a chat bot is more efficient than their customers care executive

I took the loan from Zest Money a year back, they agreed to pay the cashback for the each installment, I have raised 57follow ups but still they were never on time. Telling the same reasons. Pathetic.

ZestMoney is a FRAUD COMPANY. They assure its no cost EMI and never return the interest amount unless you fight for it. I have been fighting with them to receive the cashback from 10 months now only to always hear "Due to technical issue we weren't able to issue cashback, however, don't worry, you'll receive it in 15 days" and after 15 days its the same reason and this will go on for months.
NEVER EVER GO FOR ZESTMONEY FINANCE, I REPEAT, NEVER!

Third class customer support, zestmoney is harassing to customers. They didn't credit the cashback amount till customer not raise complaint for many times.
I think they credit cashback only to who raise complaint many times, otherwise they didn't.
They don't response on emails and on call or chat they says everytime it will credit within 15 days.

Zestmoney is fraud company.

Personally suggest don't take zestmoney service.

Third class customer support, Amazon has refunded my money to zest on 30oct for 12500 and it is visible in the app and it's been 17 days now and I have not received refund from zest, their customer sevice team is worst, all they do is copy paste, same thing over and over and wrong information being passed by all the agents, zest should not hoard refund for more than 2-3 days once merchant has already refunded to you. Worst service I've ever received so far till date. I will never use zest and leave bad review everywhere possible so that other people will also not use zest app, looters, hoarding money for no reason, refund my money,

Its been a year and I didnot receive interest cash back as promised...

Every time they give false dates and wrong commitments though I paid all my installments on time and infact in advance with out a single day delay nor bounce ...
