Ordered necklace for my wife but did not arrive for 5 weeks. Inquired but no response. After receiving product, one of birthstones fell out of setting within 1week. Have eebattempting to reach out 3 times. Wife has engaged online but no response either. Waste of money…at this point DO NOT BUY!

I never received the necklace and earrings I ordered. They say my order has been delivered but the USPS says they made up a label and never shipped it and now the tracking order doesn’t exist because USPS never received the package. I ordered it 02-04-2026 and it’s 02-25-2026 now. When I call the # it doesn’t even ring and disconnects the call… 100% scammers

Nothing wrong with the delivery, Received as a gift, absolute rubbish, I can't help my husband's choices, Id like to say cheap and nasty but its not, its expensive and nasty rubbish

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I waited more than three weeks for the parcel.

You can tell the people that work for this company they're giving five stars good reviews will Palestine name Omar bahu yeah they're the pie to people selling this junk and ripping people off that's why I just going to a store near you is better options stop making these foreign crooks rich

My honeys bracelet came today. It’s beautiful and he loves it. It came before the date it was supposed to be delivered. It’s amazing thank you.

This company has terrible business practices.They do not care if you like the product or not.Once they charge your credit care,they could care less if you are satisfied.Never and will not answer emails.Sarah if you are the OWNER you are DISGUSTING!!!!!. BUYERS BE WARE.YOU ARE A JOKE.

I’f I could rate a zero I would! I did not receive my package although stated delivered 12/24, I contacted this company immediately and just not gotten a email back showing a picture of the delivery carrier they utilized just left my package outside my apartment complex and did not actually deliver it inside where the packages are delivered! They did not even attempt to call to let me know, I checked the ACTUAL mail parcel room 2-3 times no package, not thinking they actually just left my package outside for anyone to steal. Then they state they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, I will never purchase anything else from this company that was the first and last! Do better with actually making sure PAYING customers receive what they pay for! And of course no response back after I IMMEDIATELY responded back to the email, have sent at least 3-4 emails and NOTHING! Bad business of a company!

Wish I would have read all the reviews before ordering. Placed my order December 5th. NEVER received my orders. When Will you make good on our orders? Either deliver or give a full refund. Will never order from you again. (conf.#228100 and 228092)

Please if anyone reading this review, please check out all reviews of others experiences with this company before buying. I cannot comment on the product, but I agree with another review, they have bad business practices, I ordered a bracelet and cancelled within ten minutes of ordering. I know they received my cancellation because they emailed me twice after cancellation. Now, emails gone dry. But I will not stop. Mad customer 🤬

The item was not delivered to my house. Customer service terrible-kept being told they would come back to me then I have had to follow up. I specifically paid for insurance that was offered yet they have done nothing to claim back off the courier. Do not use. I’m now trying to reclaim via PayPal.

Don't waiste your money. I ordered one of the bracelets for my husband for Christmas. He wore it for less than one month and the bracelet fell apart. I was very disappointed as the bracelet looked like it was good quality when it first arrived.

Tried to cancel my order within 10mins of purchase because I knew I'd made a mistake after reading the reviews. 10mins it took me to write to them and cancel. They say you can cancel within an hour. Not true. They ignored my email, along with further emails. Appalling customer service.
It did arrive and like the reviews say it was cheap and tacky. Bracelet doesn't stay together and can't be worn.

Terrible customer service I've written to them 5 times now asking for a refund because the item came too late and I didn't want it no more and they don't bother responding!waste of money
