I’m sorry you’ve been left feeling this way. When there’s a sizing concern, we always ask for clear photos and basic measurements so we can see whether there’s been an actual error or if the standard size simply doesn’t suit an individual body shape.

In this case, we requested that information several times but didn’t receive what we needed to properly investigate. We can’t issue refunds or discounts purely on a claim without any supporting proof – that wouldn’t be fair or sustainable for a small business.

Our terms and conditions are there to keep things clear and consistent for everyone, and we’re always happy to resolve genuine issues where there is evidence to support them.

Blamed me for their mistake!

I bought a lengha from here. When it came it was too big and too long. It always didn’t quite look like the picture.
I obviously complained.
After a few responses I understood that the outfit was photographed in different lighting. Also understood that it was a little bit and I would have to get it tailored.
But the skirt was ridiculous, it was really long and initially they said it was because they didn’t want to ruin the design. They had asked me my height, so basically they sold me something they knew I couldn’t wear. I was furious! When I questioned all of this she began sending me voice notes about how I didn’t understand how lenghas were made and it was my problem. I could not believe that they were blaming me for their errors!! I sent her a picture showing her but she still said it was my problem (basically not her fault I was short) extremely rude and u helpful.
Eventually she said she would alter it, but when I asked if it would ruin the design she didn’t have an answer for that.
Their outfits look nice but tbh they can’t be trusted! They have no customer care. They only put good reviews on their site they didn’t except mine for obvious reasons! Never again!!!!

We're sorry you were left feeling this way about your lengha.

Designer lenghas are made in standard longer lengths so they can be tailored to each person’s height – they almost always need hemming, especially when there’s a heavy border.

My voice notes were sent to explain this and the studio lighting, not to blame you, and I did offer to have the skirt altered. I simply couldn’t promise the design would be unchanged until we had seen it in person, and I prefer to be honest about those limits.
We do care about customer experience, and I’m sorry this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for.
