J’ai tenté plusieurs fois d’utiliser ZIK Analytics en pensant que le service s’améliorerait pour le marché français. Avec 3400 ventes sur eBay, je peux dire que cet outil n’apporte aucune réelle valeur en France. L’annulation de l’abonnement a été inutilement compliquée, avec beaucoup de perte de temps et un support uniquement en anglais.
On a l’impression que ZIK met plus d’énergie à encaisser qu’à proposer un service réellement adapté aux vendeurs français.
Je conseille aux futurs utilisateurs de bien réfléchir avant de s’abonner, surtout si leur marché principal est la France.

When ZIK Analytics actually works and provides real-time data, it's a decent service. The problem is that most of the time, it simply doesn't function as it should. The data provided in the Product Explorer is often inaccurate and doesn't reflect the true sales volume of products—not even close.

I've personally verified this. Products I sold in large quantities, and that I know are bestsellers on eBay, showed up as having no demand. The data in the Competitor Analysis is also frequently incorrect and outdated. I checked this with my own stores and those of friends, and the ZIK data was far from the actual reality.

Customer support offers empty promises. They tell you they'll escalate the issue to the technical team, but that's not what happens. Within 24 hours, a representative comes back and explains that everything is fine and the data is accurate—even when I know it isn't. Only after insisting multiple times do they promise to pass the problem on to the technical team.

I am extremely disappointed with the performance and the service. I cannot recommend them
