Zima Dental consistently places orders on my account without authorization. On multiple occasions I have orders one three-months supply, and Zima has then charge me with unauthorized additional orders. I do not recommend this company, and I think they should be investigated by states' attorneys general for fraud.
Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been very disappointing. A few months ago, I purchased a dental pod along with the cleaning pods as a gift for a friend. Since then, I have been repeatedly charged every three months for additional cleaning pods that I cannot use and never intended to subscribe to, as I do not personally own a dental pod.
Each time the charge appears, I have to contact customer service and request that my information be removed and the charges stopped. Despite these repeated requests, the issue continues to happen. It feels like my concerns are not being taken seriously, and the subscription is not being properly canceled on their end.
While $49 may not seem like a significant amount to some, it adds up when it keeps happening without consent. What is even more frustrating is that returns are not accepted, and only a small portion of the charge is refunded.
My biggest concern is how difficult it has been to remove my payment information and stop the recurring charges. I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from this company to carefully review the subscription terms and ensure that they can easily manage or cancel them.
I attempted to cancel my Zima tablet refills. Yet shipments kept coming, with automatic charges hitting my card. No email confirmations ever arrived. And when I reached out to return these utterly non-refundable tablets, citing their misleading 30‑day guarantee, I was met with stalling tactics and opaque “policies.”
This isn’t a glitch, it’s a repeated pattern. Reports online describe a system deliberately built to make cancellation confusing, confirmation nonexistent, and returns nearly impossible unless you meet narrow, often impossible requirements. If you're thinking "I’ll cancel later," think again, that may mean nothing.
Others echo the same sentiment! On Reddit: “Zima… lure you into a subscription… difficult to cancel.” On ProductReview: “You can’t cancel… only skip or delay … fraudulent practice.”
Take control: if you ever sign up, screen‑capture your cancellation attempts. Demand written confirmation. And if you’re still billed, dispute the charge with your bank or PayPal; many have had success doing this.
Bottom line: Zima Dental’s tablet subscription model may look convenient, but reality is built around stealth auto‑renewals, cancellation friction, and an inflexible return window. Know what you’re getting into before opting for “auto‑ship.”
This company falsely advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. My sleep appliance/dental device did not fit into the Zima Go case I ordered. I requested a return/refund and was told they do not accept returns and they offered me a 20% refund. I said that this was not consistent with their “satisfaction guaranteed” and “30-day risk-free” claims. They then offered a choice between a complex return procedure to a third party that I would have to pay FedEx for multiple shipping services, or alternatively accept a 50% refund.
This is a great product. It's so easy to use!
I wear my nightguard every night to reduce my TMJ and prevent my teeth clenching and grinding. I used to hand wash my nightguard with soap and water. I would only get it professionally cleaned when I saw the dentist every 6 months.
This device actually cleans it and leaves it fresh every night now. I use the dissolving tablets each night.
So glad I discovered this product!
