Yon-Ka Paris has been using Zinrelo for more than 5 years. I also tried other solutions such as Smile.io and Yotpo rewards for different projects and always ended up switching to Zinrelo. Zinrelo has the best customer service and technical support, always available and extremely helpful. They're helping us (without counting their hours) for a migration to Magento we're currently working on for our B2B website, and on many other B2C projects such as the refer a friend program. Working with them feels like working with our own team really. Our success is also theirs, and you can tell. I highly recommend them.

First of all, Zinrelo's customer service is top-notch. They are always there to help you out, and you have a dedicated specialist. Secondly, the platform is simple but effective. It gets the job done without excessive frills and confusing add-ons. Most importantly, it is easy for our customers to use and navigate on our website, and has increased our revenue.

The Team at Zinrelo have been AMAZING to work with. The onboarding process was carefully explained and we were given tremendous support. The software is intuitive and makes implementing a loyalty and reward program a snap. I would highly recommend!

The initial setup of Zinrelo is very user-friendly and customizable. I appreciate the abundance of resources through the Zinrelo help center for configuring each element of the program. While setup took our team a bit longer than expected, Zinrelo support was available every step of the way, and our project manager Shawn is always ready to jump on a call to problem solve. We have only been live for a few weeks and have already seen a positive impact on sales.

We are looking forward to monitoring changes in AOV, frequency, and retention and plan to implement Zinrelo on our other websites. I would absolutely recommend this product.

User Friendly, Easy to setup

Zinrelo has been a great partner for us. Their out-of-the-box experience has figured out all the important parts of a loyalty program for you to plug into but is also built in a way flexible enough to make it your own. We wanted a very specific user experience or our loyalty program and they worked with us to make the needed customizations quickly and easily.

Zinrelo has been a great addition. We work in an industry that is heavily reliant on repeat purchases. No doubt that offering a loyalty rewards program has helped retain existing customers, attract new ones, and keep them purchasing frequently.

Honestly, the amount of customizability and integration on all store platforms is amazing. We have not been able to find any other programs like it. The whole process of setting it up has been a breeze as well. You have someone helping every step of the way. We have had Justin and he has been awesome. We get all our questions answered and if there is something he does not know he figures it out. Will definitely recommend and use this platform for as long as we are around.
