Lucia and Jana were so great to work with and I would highly recommend utilizing their services for the CBD process. Lucia talked me through all of my questions about the process and was very professional and friendly to work with! Emails were very responsive and I appreciated being able to jump on a call to discuss. Jana was also incredibly helpful and efficient helping me apply in person, even when my application ran into some challenges (all resolved with ease, some things out of our control).

Lucia provided clear guidance and was very helpful. I believe she prepared us well for the interview at the Embassy. She was able to find some more information than the one we had. We submitted our application very recently so I will try to provide an update once a decision is made. I would recommend hiring them for Slovak citizenship and residency applications.

Zip Citizenship and Lucia -- I can't recommend enough! Lucia is trustworthy, knowledgable, and consistently responsive. When hiring a specialist of any sort from a different country, it can feel like a real gamble. There are no concerns here. Lucia got me through the SLA process and citizenship. And when I needed someone to come with me to file paperwork in Bratislava and she wasn't available b/c of her location, she recommended one of her trusted colleagues.
