After an initial shock of realizing the true worth of my property, the sale and legal part was a painless one kept informed of how things were proceeding along the way Greg was very helpful and explained the procedure as were Alison and James (all very patient with an old fart such as myself) First contacted Ziphouse before we had found somewhere else to live got phone calls on a regular basis to ask how things were going nice to know that I wasn't just a number on a list all in all nice people would use their services again should need arise

The initial call with them went well; they were not pushy, were compassionate to our situation and were very informative. We could not make the offer work as they pay around 15% less. I approached Ziphouse to value my late uncle’s property. The house was over 200 miles away from where I live so I just wanted a quick sale on it. They explained that they could make the process quick and easy but would be paying under market value for it. The house was worth around £100,000 and Ziphouse completed in just over 3 weeks at £84,500. I didn’t pay any estate agency costs and they also provided me with a solicitor that again was paid for (she was excellent) so all in all I am really happy with the service I received. Would 100% recommend this Company if you’re looking for a quick sale on your property.
