Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to clarify the situation regarding Nia's classes.
Out of the 16 classes purchased, 10 were completed with Mahi. After the 10th class, Mahi informed us that she was unavailable to continue. However, she was able to conduct one more class before we needed to arrange for a replacement tutor.
We offered demo sessions with two other tutors—Ms. Sakshi and Ms. Asma.
Unfortunately, after the demo with Sakshi, you indicated that she was not a suitable fit. During the first demo with Asma, Nia experienced some audio issues, and we agreed to reschedule for the next day. Unfortunately, Asma became unwell and was unable to proceed with the second demo.
At that time, we requested some additional time to arrange a demo with another tutor, as it was difficult to organize one on such short notice. However, you decided to discontinue the classes and asked for a refund. As per our policy, refunds are not possible, but we offered to replace the tutor instead. Despite my efforts to provide alternatives and complete the remaining five classes, you declined both option
