Horrible company if you’re gonna try to place an order use PayPal. Package shipped got lost in transit next day and with package insurance they basically told me to figure it out. 2 weeks now waiting for a lost package and they don’t seem to care one bit

I ordered rock guards and and lift pads got the rock guards and I emailed them saying they forgot to send lift pads was told they would be sent out same day 3 weeks later nothing emailed and no response stay way from this company they can stick the lift pads up their ass

Ordered wheel spacers, no quoted lead-time but everything else was 10 days max. 2 weeks later I follow up by email requesting delivery status and get an auto reply with the same BS info shown on their web site. I WOULD GIVE THE COMPANY A NEGATIVE FIVE STAR REVIEW IF I COULD for the complete lack of anything close to customer service.

Ordered Rock guards for my 2014 Z/28 from ZL1 Addons. They took my money and then cancelled the order before shipping it to me. I emailed and called them with no answer. Stay away!!!

If i could leave a zero star i would. Order a set of dive planes 3 weeks ago and still waiting on them. Never gotten a tracking number. They dont respond to emails or phone calls. Glad I bought thru PayPal. As soon as I opened a case on them, they soon sent me an email the day after I oped a case, go figure. Just want my money back. I should've look at the reviews before hand. Smh

This company is a scam! I ordered a product and it wasn’t as expected so I asked to return it. They said sure and sent me a return label and never gave me back my refund. It’s been 4 months. It’s extremely disheartening and not right.

I purchased the tow eyes for a C8 corvette Z06
And the rear does not fit. It has the wrong thread. I repeatedly called,texted and emailed with absolutely no response. So I warn everyone not to purchase anything from this company as they will not do anything about problems or respond

Shipping is the worst I've ever dealt with in 15 years plus of online shopping! 3-5 day shipping is more like 2-3 weeks before you receive your order?! That is truly pathetic! I would never recommend zl1addons.com And this wasn't a specialty order.

I ordered a wicker bill for my challenger. I got email confirmation with a tracking number. From that time to now the status has not changed. “Preparing shipment” it’s been 20 days. I’ve emailed them multiple times. No response. Call, no answer. Extremely disappointed. #161732

They said their jacking pads were a direct bolt-on for my car and I mistakenly took their word for it. There are no threaded holes anywhere near the jacking points on my car, so these things are not a bolt-on option as advertised. They only allow 10 days for returns and I have to pay for the shipping even though they mis-advertised their product. On top of that, they charge a 35% fee if the package was opened. More of a scam than a real business.

Bought the challenger wide body deluxe rock guards and first thing i had to pay double because i live in canada. Then they got stuck in customs for other 130$ and when i finally git them i laughed because they were the smallest pieces of garbage ive ever seen. And how in gods name can they cover the wide tires on a redeye. I figured well for over 300$ they should work out fine then i started with first one and after the first clip went on i snapped the guard right in half. So second thing i did was take it off and toss them under the work bench where they will stay till i find a real company that sells a wide rock guard that works and actually covers the wide tires on a redeye. Dont waste your money on these.

Bought rock guards and tried to return. After multiple emails I finally got a RMA number. No prepaid labels, 10% restocking fee and really short time frames to comply with. In additions all kinds of paperwork were required. STAY AWAY!!

Bought a dive plane for my Camaro with a zl1 bumper and it’s been sayin order placed for 2 weeks now and still hasn’t even been shipped I asked them if it doesn’t ship by the end of the week that I would want it refunded and they never replied and doesn’t give me an option to refund myself

At first I wasn’t going to install them as I ended up goin with diff wheels. But once I got around to putting them on it was a waste of time. Expensive price , cheap quality. I got the rock guards (front and rear) and the screws and pins or hardware that came with it were garbage. YOU HAVE TO BUY OTHER HARDWARE just to make it fit. Also the way the guards were cut, you could see some jagged edges. They claim to be made in America but it seems like they weren’t, you’d expect something great if it were. You’d also expect the hardware to be correct from a company that claims to know what they’re doing. Additionally, don’t even think about returning them because you’ll lose even more money on the shipping, restocking fee and anything else they come up with. My advice, go somewhere else or just forget about them entirely. I’m sure you could make something better in your garage. Not worth the $65+ at all.

Bought rock guards for my srt durango over a year ago. Hate how the clips to keep them in place rust quick. They rusted maybe within a couple months of having them. They should have made the clips rust proof so they stayed black. Now it looks crappy. I also reached out to them and they never responded. Would never buy from them again.

Sent wrong item. I had to pay to send back from Florida to Poway, CA. Has had item[s) back for 8 days & still no refund(s). Told me in email with RMA # that refund would be 3-5 days. AVOID!
