Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Zmtic took money from my wallet without my consent, which feels completely unacceptable. Customer support from M.H. was terrible and didn’t help resolve the issue. If you want to avoid wasting your time and losing money, I would strongly recommend staying away from them.

We understand your frustration regarding the €410 setup fee. While this charge was applied for a new Meta bundle after the previous one was permanently suspended — a situation that required a fresh setup on our end — we acknowledge that the specific cost was not communicated to you before the charge was made. That was an error on our part, and we apologize for it.
We already provided one complimentary bundle replacement as a goodwill gesture, and we genuinely tried to support your campaigns throughout our engagement. However, we recognize that the lack of upfront pricing confirmation for the second replacement created a legitimate trust issue, and we want to make it right.
Please reach out directly our COO at stefan.stamenov@zmatic.eu and he will review this charge with the goal of finding a fair resolution for both parties.
We value long-term relationships with our clients and are committed to improving how we communicate costs and obtain approval before any charges are made.
