All was good, got the work done, I feel they could have started earlier in the day so that all would be complete earlier ( finished 07:45) and it would be beneficial if they brought there own cleaning equipment ( although I was told they have this in their van). Overall it was a good installation of insulation for the loft and an addition 2 fans had to be replaced and 2 new installed.

Asif, Raheel and Mobeet, who were the second team to come and finish off the bulk of the cavity wall insulation did an excellent job. They worked really well as a team respected and collaborated with each other. They were very polite, friendly and professional.
Asif explained everything that they were going to do before they started and he also very neatly repaired four holes under the bay window, caused, accidentally, by the first team that came and did the front of our house.
After all the insulation work was done, they cleaned everything up and neatly patched up all the holes that were drilled for the insulation; and Asif took me round the whole work they had done to show what they had done and that I was happy with everything they had done; which of course I was.
To Zoa insulation management team, these three people I have mentioned above are a credit to themselves and your organisation. Don’t lose them.

They were here nice and early and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

Zoa installed vents and insulated the loft. They explained well what they were doing and why. They protected the floors and tidied up and left the house clean, they also helped get everything back into the loft.

Update: The company were called back to our property, after the surveyor from the energy grant funding people came to check on the completed work before they issued payment. The work wasn't completed to the standard it should have been. So the company turned up again today and had to fill the gap that was left between the wall and plug socket, that had left wiring exposed. Had to plane abit off the doors as the gap wasn't wide enough under the doors, put jacket around water tank in the loft to stop it from freezing in the winter, also put in another socket for the extractor fan that was previously connected to left switch in the bathroom...they were here for about 4/5 hours. Spent alot of time talking between themselves in a foreign language so dont know if they were talking about the job and if things were OK or not with what they were doing. They caked on filler around the socket and wall to cover exposed wiring. The bathroom extractor socket is wonky and bodged, with a strip covering most of the wiring then filler caked around the top of the strip up to the ceiling. When I looked round the bathroom ceiling, for some unknown reason there are 3 drill holes in my bathroom ceiling. Why? I dont know? Nothing was mentioned. I dont know if everything's OK in the loft, because we can't get up there being disabled. We haven't got in touch with the company to talk to them as to be honest we couldn't really understand what they was saying when they did speak to us. They do like to insist on leaving a positive review on their site too, hovering over you, then asking for your phone and puting in their company site and kindly clicking on the 5 stars for you, then clicking on the write review part of the review, to put their name and how good their work was. So I not impressed after a second time visiting and left more confused about the work than before they entered. Im hoping the surveyor comes again to check the work, so I know that everythings been left as it should and safe. I hate leaving bad reviews, but im pretty upset about it
