I have Waheed and his team to install loft insulation and extractors in my house as part of the ECO4 Scheme that Zoa Energy was implementing. Waheed and his team were very professional, very caring and considerate team. I could not have a better experience with them.

I also have Taqee and his team instanlling a new boiler. I also have to say that Taqee has been as well a great professional and great installer. Did the job in a quick, effective and clean manner. Took extra care to make the boiler fit nice in the existing espace.

Great experience overall.

Wow totally agree with most feed backs. Have trouble with my boiler soon after. Main man gave his mobile number in case of problems. I phoned and he was very rude and basically said it's your problem now. Had 2 gas safe man look at my boiler and both agree it's shoddy work. Now have a blockage in outside drain where they damaged it. About time whoever pays this company needs to be checking the work they do.

Where do i begin?? Far too many things to list however in a nutshell the workman had no respect for my property. They wanted to get the jobs (boiler installation, trickle vents, loft insulation and bathroom fan) all completed in the same day as they didn't want to come back as it was too far for them to travel, They did not leave until 10pm, I had the neighbours complaining about the late night works and I had three children under 5 who needed to get to bed. The workman did not care. The icing on the cake though was when I had an engineer from another company arrive to service the boiler, they have informed me that the emissions cap is missing from the boiler and the fumes that are supposed to go straight outside are being funnelled into the house!!! Would not recommend this company and their cowboys at all based on this experience.

Staff were very polite and helpful, they explained the process and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process was done within the day. Great work.

The work was done quickly,
But unfortunately there was some descripency with the collection of some of the boiler rubbish that was left at the front of the house.

The 2 gentlemen who came to put down my new loft insulation, on the wall heater and window vents were very efficient, but I think I was supposed to have 2 extractor fans fitted, one in the bathroom, which they had done, but I've still got one that needs fitting in the kitchen I believe.
Andy and Dave who fitted my new boiler were a fantastic partnership. Normally I get quite nervous having strangers in my house, but they really put me at ease and it was lovely to have such cheery guys with a bit of banter. They worked really hard and deserved the coffee and biscuits in between working. Lovely job, thank you guys 👍😀
