Beware of this website hijacking company. I never contacted them. They hijacked my website and put booking buttons on it. I am hiring legal representation over this now. They are a rogue company with deceptive tactics. Beware.

I transitioned my luxury one-chair hair studio to Zoca, starting initially by moving away from Wix. My account manager, Akshay, worked incredibly patiently with me to build a website that truly reflects my studio's luxury status. It took a few meet-ups, but we got it done perfectly. I am now in the process of moving away from Vagaro to fully utilize the Zoca booking platform. I am so excited to finally have everything for my clients under one umbrella, without shocking them with yet another disruptive change to their booking experience.
Beyond the seamless transition, the platform delivers results. Within the first three months of launching, it started generating 3 to 5 brand new clients consistently for three weeks. When I eventually noticed a dip in that process, I sent an email with my concerns. Within 24 hours, Akshay had already collaborated with the Zoca team and presented me with a new plan to optimize some of my high-ticket services and add more targeted neighborhoods. What stands out most about Akshay is his incredible sense of urgency; he responds to emails and even texts fairly quickly.
In one of my most recent meet-up appointments with Akshay, we were discussing the technical side of transitioning from Vagaro to Zoca. When Akshay didn't have the exact answers on hand, he put me on hold for just two minutes, and all of a sudden, I was speaking directly with Kush, the person responsible for building that entire section of the platform. Kush listened intently to my concerns, valued my feedback, and thanked me for it.
I have been so incredibly impressed with my entire experience with Zoca. Compared to my past experiences with Wix, Vagaro, and other platforms for salon and personal services, Zoca truly goes beyond expectations. I am so happy and look forward to building my business today and long into the future with them.

I signed up with Zoca in April 2026 after being promised that they would help drive business and inquiries to my salon. I was specifically told to give it 2–3 months and that I would start seeing inquiries rolling in. For a while, it actually worked. Then, seemingly overnight, everything stopped.
The inquiries stopped. The communication stopped. The support disappeared.

When I reached out, I was given excuses and told what I wanted to hear, but nothing actually changed. The promises made during the sales process did not match the service I received afterward.

My biggest issue is that I trusted Zoca with my business and my money, and I feel that trust was completely misplaced. Based on my experience, it feels like getting my credit card information was a much higher priority than actually helping me grow my salon.

Save yourself the headache and the money. Don’t fall for the promises. Do your research before giving Zoca your credit card information. Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend Zoca to any salon owner looking to grow their business.

We started using Zoca in late summer of 2026 and we have been excited ever since. Online interactions have increased new landing page and instant response to questions or phone calls. From Mrinal my sales rep to my account manager Punitha, the support staff is amazing. Technology is top notch. Definitely made the right decision to work with the team at Zoca.

The service did not lead to any meaningful increase in traffic or conversions over an 8 month period. For months they placed completely unrelated images and services on my booking pages - damaging the credibility of my business.

When I discovered the issue I was told to fix it myself and given directions.

When I tried to cancel my service they continued to charge my card and ignored 90% of my messages reminding them thaT I had sent a cancelation request in writing and wanted a refund.

However if you are even a day late on your monthly payment they will harrass you via phone, text and email all day long, even if you inform them that you will pay later that day, next day, etc.

Very poor customer service. They sell a dream and deliver virtually zero value, SEO placements, etc.

I am currently in the process of trying to get a refund after an unauthorized charge and they have ignored my request for over 30 days.
