La atención al cliente es rápida y muy efectiva. El envío es 24h y la verdad he comprado unos cuantos artículos de Zococity y he quedado satisfecho con todos! No solo repetiría, sino que repetiré seguro.

Compre hace unos días unos auriculares y me aconsejaron en todo momento, llamando al teléfono de atención telefónica. Unos precios bastante buenos y posteriormente se pusieron en contacto conmigo para saber si el producto me había gustado.

La verdad que he quedado bastante impresionado al ver como una tienda, con establecimiento físico, puede ofrecer venta online con tal cercanía.

I have bought twice from this shop and never will be using it again. My first order was Fiio X1 DAP, which they sent me in wrong color and they claimed to me that I had ordered that color. When I showed paypal receipt proof that the color is different they started to get very agitated about the issue and never could they accept that it was their fault.

Second time I ordered from there was, because they had the cheapest price for Fidue A83 IEMS. Got the product all good. Some months later the MMCX connector part fell off the cable and I tried to do warranty claim, because I felt that the way it fell of was not right, so it must have been a manufacturer defect.

They decline my claim, because in their eyes I had manipulated the product, so it must be my fault. When I finally got tired of the hassle and gave up, I tried to take the same connector piece out of the cable on the part where it was still working and with all of my strenght I could do take it off. The way it originally fell of was when I wanted to clean the cable and I detach the cable from the IEM to clean then and then it just came off.

So far both of my experiences have been really bad and I will never again be using this shop, because the poor customer service they offer is just not worth the extra savings in money. So if you buy from there be prepared to get wrong item and the shop is always correct at least in their eyes and be prepared to have no warranty on your items even though EU law states that shops must offer 2 year warranty or either manufacturer must offer it, but in this case the manufacturer does not reside in EU so the warranty issue falls on the shop and of course they will do anything they can to decline your claim.

Ho acquistato una tablet Pipo M6 nel marzo 2014. inizialmente non c'erano problemi dopo un anno la batteria ha cominciato a dare problemi e le applicazioni partivano da sole senza averle richieste. Ho chiesto aiuto a Zococity e ad Amazon, sito dove ho acquistato il tablet, per avere assistenza anche a pagamento. Dopo due mesi di lettere siamo arrivati alla conclusione che la garanzia di due anni, come prevede la legge europea. non è possibile esercitarla, nemmeno avere un indirizzo per l'assistenza anche a pagamento. Quindi per me l'esperienza è stata negativa sotto tutti i profili

Un pedido con un mes de adelanto para la campaña navideña, asegurando que llegaría a tiempo, se retrasó tres semanas, y llegó demasiado tarde. El producto estaba defectuoso (joystick analógicos mal centrados en la carcasa), un mes en el SAT sin contestación, confiesan que la remesa entera está defectuosa (y sigue estando listada en la web), me envían un producto de una remesa anterior (que oficialmente se había agotado y por lo tanto no figuraba en la web), funcionando todavía peor (wifi semifuncional y botón dpad-abajo inservible) con un firmware sin actualizar.

En todo el proceso la atención del SAT fue bastante desagradable, llegando incluso a recriminarnos el hecho de preguntar sobre el estado del problema durante el mes entero que nos retuvieron el producto, sin aportarnos ningún tipo de información al respecto.

Hemos vuelto a poner una queja, pero dada nuestra experiencia, dudamos que sirva para algo.
