Piece of junk don't buy it
I bought this Zoggs swimsuit on sale thinking I was getting a good deal on a reputable, good-quality brand. Huge mistake.
I wore this swimsuit twice. Literally two swims. Both times, I rinsed and washed it properly straight after wearing it — no rough treatment, no neglect. And yet on the second wear, it was already loose across the bust and clearly stretching out. That is not something that should be happening with an “expensive” swimsuit after two uses.
These swimsuits are priced like they’re built to last, but this one feels like cheap fast-fashion quality. I genuinely felt uncomfortable wearing it because it no longer fit properly — after TWO wears. What is the point of spending this much money if it can’t even survive a second swim?
For comparison, my last swimsuit from Speedo lasted a year or more with regular use. This one didn’t even make it to wear number three.
I feel completely scammed. This is not durable, not supportive, and absolutely not worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and don’t buy this. It’s basically useless junk. Also I tried to leave a one Star review on their website but they have complete control of what reviews you can see on their website and I didn't think that one will ever turn up.
Crap absolute waste of money
Absolute waste of money thank god they were only 8 quid youd need super glue to keep them in , thats if you get them in that is best one word description " Crap "
i bought other earplugs from Amazon at the same time 6 pairs fir £3.75 and these are brilliant look like small xmas trees made of

Ecolast disaster eco material?
Have bought Zoggs swimsuits for years due to their excellent durability.Decided to replace earlier this year thinking both my 2 year old aqualast ones would soon wear out.Not so they are still usuable . The new
ecolast one is stretched and thin all down back,needs to be binned despite only being used once weekly for 4months
I do aquarobics 3 times a week and rotate swimsuits.
Have always recommended Zoggs to other pool users. Sadly will now have to warn them against and look for alternative brand
Do not buy ecolast swimsuits!
I have twice ordered ecolast swimsuit and twice they have failed after approx 25 hours of swimming, despite me adhering to the (extensive) care instructions. I accepted a credit note the first time, but for the second I have asked for a full refund as it is simply not up to the job. I cannot recommend them and will not buy another. I do have an ecolast+ swimsuit which so far is performing well after 26 hours of swimming. The design and shape is good so it is a shame Zoggs cant sort their material out.

Avoid: rip-off, no returns even unopened after 1 min

They said it was Zoggs policy and nothing to do with them.

Very poor to no customerservice
Very poor to no customerservice. Tried to return one pair of googles which was not deliverable at first try, unclear to me why. Asked for a new return ticket and never got an answer to any of my 3 Emails sent to the company so that return time frame is well expired by now. Still waiting for a reply....
Poor quality - they don’t last.
I’ve purchased two Zogg swimming costumes in the last year. I swim 1-2 times per week, most weeks but not all. The material on both swimming costumes has worn at the back in almost exactly the same place and have lasted no more than 3-4 months each despite following the care and washing instructions. I won’t buy another Zogg costume and will stick with Speedo going forward. The quality and durability of them is very poor.
Goggles and antifog liquid faulty
Dear Sirs,
I bought prescription goggles that in theory are antifog but after using them a couples of sessions they were foggy.
I also bought an antifog liquid that I was expecting that would solve the problem but It did not work neither.
I'm very dissapointed and angry with your company as I followed the mode of use and care maintanance and did not work and also because I contacted you about the issues and never got an answer.I will try to pass this complaint to the internet as you don't seem to care about customers.Regards.

Very slow at refunding returns
I would be very reluctant to buy anything from this company again on the basis of the time that it takes them to process returns. My Royal Mail parcel was posted on 14th January. 3 days later, I received an email advising me not to chase a refund until 3 weeks had passed from the date of the email. I have now waited 12 days from the date of the email, and although I posted the return over 2 weeks ago, I still have a further 9 says to wait before I can chase my refund. I often order online from other companies and have never had to wait this long for a refund before. I love the quality and chlorine resistance of Zoggs swimsuits but would be very reluctant to order from them again.

Appalling Returns Process
I bought a couple of swimsuits. I tried them on as soon as they were delivered and I posted the return ones back the next day. It’s now over a month later and, despite chasing up Zoggs about this, I still haven’t received a refund.
I first contacted them almost 3 weeks after they received my returns only for them to reply that they hadn’t processed the parcel yet. Seriously?!!! I am now out of pocket over £200 for items I’ve returned and haven’t received a refund for. It’s the most appalling customer service and ridiculous returns process I’ve ever known.
I will be taking Zoggs to small claims court to get my money back. Suffice to say I will also never be ordering from them again. I am astonished that a well-known brand like this runs such a shoddy website. Avoid at all costs.

Zoggs ecolast swimwear
I bought a zoggs ecolast swimming costume approximately 3 months ago and wear it once a week to my swimming pool. After such a short time the material has already worn away at the back. It is advertised as chlorine resistant. I do know that nothing last for ever but this hasnt held up after a few swims. My cheap costumes are still much better than zoggs. Will not be buying again.

Refund took a while but got sorted in the end
I ordered some goggles in different junior sizes for my children on 17th April (#000106116). When they arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong type of googles, so I returned them almost immediately. I have proof of posting them back and proof that they were returned to Zoggs on 24th April. However it has now been two months since I returned them and still no refund. I waited well over the 30 day period before initially chasing up on 7th June but didn’t hear back. I’ve chased up again today for an update. Fingers crossed someone will get back to me soon. It’s just very poor customer service. Zoggs sell great products but the returns process isn't so great compared to other retailers.
Update: Zoggs called me with an apology and explanation for the delay in refunding me. It’s all sorted and all good! Thanks to Catrin for the call and update.

The Lack of communication is disappointing
On May 18th I made an order for a wetsuit on zoggs.com. I never received a confirmation email or anything to know if the order ist getting proceeded. I contacted serveral instances of “customer support” but no reply. I am very much disappointed. I wish I’d have read the reviews earlier and if I don’t hear anything from them this week I will withdraw my money and never order from their site again. This wetsuit is really expensive and for that prize I expect performance and professionalism.

I ordered direct from Zoggs. I tried the swimsuit on, and it was a bad fit, i promptly returned it and followed there procedure the same day, and still nearly a month on i have had no refund!!! i emailed them, they said they have not logged it as returned, i emailed them proof of the return, and still no refund??

Forgot my trunks and got stung for a pair of zoogs men's swim shorts at a leisure centre recently. £32! The first time I put them on and pulled the cord to tighten them they ripped. Garbage quality at rip off prices. Retailers need to stop selling this rubbish.

No product arrive
Placed an order on 4th of April until now still waiting for it, tried to track it on Evri and said they are still waiting to receive it. I emailed in the 7th asking for update but no response. I don't know if this is a scam shop which only take payment but no item.
Poor quality and customer care
I purchased a eco swim suit ,worn only 3 times for a lane swim intotal 150 minutes, the material started to disintegrate ,and there was looked like patchy faded areas ,j reported this only to be told it was my fault for wearing it,don't sit down which I hadn't, my statutory rights were not adhered to ,the item was obv faulty when I had it , poor quality *,update eventually the issue has been sorted and honoured my life time guarantee on costume

ecolast swimsuit
Ordered a ecolast swimsuit in September 2023 from the Zoggs store on Amazon; the swimsuit has already been eaten away by the chlorine despite washing as they recommend. Very disappointed. Currently trying to claim under their ecolast guarantee.

Good service
Ordered some goggles from Zoggs within minutes of my colleague, who lives 200 metres from me. She received hers promptly 48 hours ago. The Evri website continues to say that they are expecting them, Zoggs say they have dispatched them. Zoggs customer service have been most helpful this afternoon, sorting out the problem, which appears to be with Evri and are arranging a next day delivery with DPD tomorrow. Hopefully they will arrive. Thank you Charlotte at Zoggs customer service.
