The prices and the items are not bad at all. I loved it! Responsive customer support.

I have ordered men's and women's clothing from Zorket many times. They sent my orders to a different address and to my home. I can't say anything negative about this company. Their products are of high quality at an affordable price.

I am very pleased to receive orders from zorket! I received my order a few days ago and what I saw online is actually what I received. The dress is very beautiful and the customer support is excellent.

Overall, I had a good experience with this company.

Warning: I wish I had read the reviews of Zorket before ordering a couple of hats on 9/17 (using PayPal), for which I received confirmation of the order that day. So far, so good. Weeks later I realized I had not heard anything from the company, or received my order. I contacted them on 10/20 and they responded that day that they would check with the shipping company and get back to me in 1-2 business days. 5 business days later I contacted then again and received the following message:

5 days after that response, I emailed them again and told them I would report the company to the BBB and write a negative review if I didn't receive my order within a few days. This was the response 1 day later:

Unfortunately, the item you ordered is out of stock in our US warehouse, so we had to ship your order from our China warehouse. The preparation and delivery time from China is not that fast. We are sorry about this. Your order will definitely arrive, but we cannot tell you when. We hope that you will edit or remove your negative feedback after receiving your order. Sorry again.

This company is either a scam (as other reviewers have suggested) or is just providing horrible and misleading customer service. I would not order anything from this company, given my experience.

Postscript;
I finally received the hats, 2 months after I placed the order. The hats are 100% polyester, look nice but are a bit large (did not shrink after washing) ,even with the adjustable band.

While I appreciate the company's eventual fulfilling the order, it would have been much better if they had been proactive in communicating the delivery issues instead of belatedly responding to my inquiries about the status of the order. The company would do well to improve its customer service.

DO NOT buy anything from zorket. It’s scam. They will take your money and not reply to the email. Their phone numbers aren’t even accessible.
