I purchased the two-pack because they offered both for less. I tried the mouth guard, but it was too bulky and very uncomfortable, making it useless and didn’t work for me. This was back in December 2024; we are now in July 2025, and still no refund. They promised to return 85% of the purchase price (not 100% because they do not want you to return the product). Never received ANYTHING. I contacted PayPal to dispute the transaction, but they sided with the seller, citing it as a "valid purchase." Don’t purchase any products from this company, THEY ARE A SCAM and a waste of money. They don’t follow their own refund and return policies.

Do not buy! The product does not work and is very cheap. You will never receive your money back even though they guarantee it. Bought the product November 2024 started calling to return it December 2024. They told me they will issue a refund and it has been months. No refund. The one response i got stated they were having issues but it would be refunded as soon as their system was back up. I have still not received a refund and they will not respond to any of my emails or phone calls.

Do not buy! The product does not work and is very cheap. It is very very likely you will never receive your money back even though they guarantee it. Bought the product November 2024 started calling to return it December 2024 finally got an address to return in January. They received it on January 25, 2025 still have not received a refund. It is now March 17 2025 and they will not respond to any of my emails or phone calls.

Item was uncomfortable, so their support team suggested custom fitting the mouthpiece using the hot water method. The mouthpiece immediately shriveled up when placed in the hot water and lost its shape completely. They offered an 80% refund even though their return policy is "full refund no questions asked". They stopped responding and never sent me a refund.

I should have read the reviews before I purchased this. It was a horrible fit. I mailed it back. No refund, didn't hear boo from them. Fraud!

Purchased in Nov 2024. As soon as I opened it, I knew it wasn't usable for me. Imminently emailed the company. They tried to give me all these deals instead of a refund. 3 weeks of emails, they finally sent me a return address. It was delivered to them (I paid for tracking #) but they can't seem to honor the refund. I have been emailing, and they say 5-7 business days. It is now almost the end of February 2025. Now they have dropped contact and not responding.
I no doubt gave them too much time to resolve this. And out $60.

The first suspicous thing that poped up as I was ordering a basic package, knowingly that it might not work, but still willing to give it a try, was the fact that the site tried forcing buyers into adding services and additional items I did not want. I stopped the process, none the less, the site charged me the basic package I had initially intended for and delivered, even without me finally accepting to buy or reaching the end of the process on their website. After I received the items, and corroborated that the mouth piece is useless, I tried getting a refund, initially by requesting it at their service e-mail address. After weeks of not hearing a word, I have been trying to reach a live person on their phone, but it seems it is out of order! DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM!

Snoretronix did not work for me and when I thought that the company and I came to a reasonable solution of an 85% money back guarantee..... HA! Do not hold your breath, never seeing any money back! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!

It's scam. DO NOT BUY THIS. if you're not happy with it, which most likely is the case, they play around with you and you won't get your money back.

I purchased the snoretronics device. I have had a different anti snore device in the past and was exited to try this one. Once I recieved the devise. Upon putting it in my mouth for the first time I realized this device was a scam. It did not fit snug enough to my teeth and did not reposition my lower jaw. It wanted to fall out more than it wanted to stay in. The device cut into my gums and it did not prevent me from snoring. I reached out to the company and we went back and forth several times. They finally agreed to refund 85% of the cost of the device. After that email they never refunded the amount and have ghosted me and have not responded again. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE!!!

DON'T BUY FROM ZZZ RIGHT! The rep Iqra is a liar and the company is a fraud! End of December I purchased the mouthguard and nose strips. the mouthguard gave me blisters because it didn't fit my mouth and the nose strips gave me an allergic reaction. That's not the bad part. When I tried to request a refund they started with very questionable business tactics. From "keep trying the product", options to keep the products and refund a portion of the price, technical difficulties when refunding. The bad business practices kept coming and coming. Their 180 Night Guarantee and refund policy is by far not anything of the sort. BUYER BEWARE! After about a dozen attempts to try to get a refund, I had to file a dispute with my Discover card.

I should have come here first!! SCAM!! They shipped me the materials, loose inside a large bag. NOTHING like the website. I advised them of my displeasure and started to ship the materials back for a full refund. They suggested to pay me 85%. I agreed to avoid the costs related to return shipment. This process started in mid-November. It is now mid-January. NO REFUND TO DATE! This appears to be a SCAM! I'm using every venue to report them to include Paypal - who's done nothing to hold them accountable! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered the ZzzRight mouthpiece on Dec. 22. Received it a few days later. Discovered it was a piece of crap and requested a return. After several back and forth emails of them negotiating to lessen my refund, I agreed to 85%. Three weeks and several emails later, I'm still waiting for my refund. They claim "technical difficulties" in processing the refund. I call BS on that. Their system was fast enough to charge my credit card within seconds of making the purchase. It should work just as fast the other way. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Fraud! This company never refunded me my money I sent back the products the next day I received them I provided them with the tracking number and they told me as soon as they receive the products they will refund me my money they confirmed they got the products back and told me they will refund my money but they never did!
So now you know what to expect from this company if you order from them.

Purchased the product in mid October 2024, it did not work for my husband he continued to snore. On November 20, 2024.
I contacted the customer support via email. They offered me a credit to purchase other products, when I refused they offered a 80% refund. I conveyed the web site states 100% refund guaranteed. Was asked to return the product to receive a refund. Product delivery was confirmed. I was told the product would be checked and I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days. NO refund after 2 months they keep using the excuse they are having technical difficulties, this is BS!
I will submit a claim with the (BBB) Better Business Bureau and contact an attorney to submit a lawsuit. This company needs to be removed from the internet to prevent other customers from getting ripped off like us!!

Everything went wrong! My worst buy experience ever and I have been ripped off. I went to the site to purchase the mouth piece and could not continue without the site automatically electing additional items and charging me for additional items to purchase without my consent. The company refuses to refund my money. This company is fraudulent. This product is fraudulent. You can buy a better mouthpiece at Díck’s Sporting Goods. I look forward to receiving my money in the lawsuit that soon is to follow.

The SnoreTronix product is completely useless. It is a mouthpiece that doesn't fit snug to the teeth so it does little to adjust the jaw to the correct position as advertised. I tried to return it since it was advertised to get your money back if not fully satisfied but the company tried to instead replace it with more of their products. when I declined that, they tried to haggle with me about how much they would refund. In the end, I agreed to an 80% refund so I didn't have to pay for return mail and they keep telling me they are having technical difficulties. Still no refund a month later!
