Christmas weekend break
My girlfriend booked our tickets for the same day travel only to later find out we could not get the coach from Reading Town, it was some distance away and we could not be late to get to Heathrow. When we got back we complained that the details were not that clear and would we be able to have a refund. Their customer service team were appalling and were pushing the blame back onto us. It was far from clear on their booking site, I would highly recommend another coach company to travel anywhere else. cheap tickets = rubbish service. It was £40.00+ not much to refund back and to maintain their brand. How could we give 72 hours notice to cancel when we bought the tickets for date of travel.??
