Thank you for changing my Life for the better!

After some failed attempts at trying to find a caring woman, i decided for a 4th and final go. Wow..
Can't thank Tinder enough for my recent experience, I've met the woman I've longed for. 2 months in and each date is full of laughs and excitement, we're so alike. Going on our first European holiday to Krakow and an Easter holiday also booked. Summer holidays to look forward too, we have also talked about our future home and marriage. We've decided that on the 15th Dec 2019 (our 1st year Anniversary) she will hopefully accept my marriage proposal.

Best by a mile

I travel quite frequently to at least 3 or 4 trips per year to various cities, I try to visit at least 3 new places every year. The one place that never fails to meet all my requirements are Flight Centre in Reading, the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable I always have complete confidence in them. They are always at hand to answer any questions. Shelley the most recent person I've been dealing with has helped me on my next new destination Italy. Thank you team and Shelley

Unfairly treated

I had called Accor Hotels to discuss changing my booking for a stay we had planned in advance at the Ibis - Liverpool One, I mentioned that our return flight from Prague to Gatwick had changed and we would not be getting back to the UK until very late on our first night due at the hotel so made sense to just cancel our first night. Only to be told as this was a "prepaid booking" we could not cancel and would still lose out on the room for that first night. I was told if we'd initially paid the extra £20-£30 for "flexible booking". So we lose our money, when I called the membership team to cancel my membership they did so without even asking why!! nice to know they don't really mind who joins and who leaves or why!! strongly advise against ever using Club Accor chain of hotels.

Not a great 1st purchase experience.

The customer service line always seemed unavailable even when calling during opening times the recordered message never turned off.
DPD also left my parcel in my garden it was soaked by the time I picked it up.
Not a great start as I found them the cheapest and delivered really quick too.

Lack of Empathy

o very disappointed in the way Beaverbrooks have treated my eldest son, he purchased an engagement ring and unfortunately split up. He saved up some of the money and is paying in interest free, he doesn't earn a lot but saved up what he could. so when he tried to take the ring back they said he could only get a refund if he spent approx. £3,000.00 on either a watch or another piece of jewellery. Despite me contacting them in advance and pleading with them for him this was all they could do. I find it very sad that someone could spend what they could afford but then be asked at this time where he's upset to then spend the same amount. Even after maintaining a £119m turnover in 2017, they could not afford to give my son his money back. Shocking!!

Overcharged us on ordering a delivery and attempted to sell new order as a cheaper option, only to realise after that it cost us more. sent an email to their customer services and had an automated reply saying they would contact me in 72 hours...144 hours later still no reply. please be very weary of any counter offers the people on the phone quote as it seems their actually charging you more. Customer Services...may need to rename this to "We attempt to Serve our Customers but Fail"

Believe it or not despite emailing them twice more they have still not contacted me, what an absolute joke.

Christmas weekend break

My girlfriend booked our tickets for the same day travel only to later find out we could not get the coach from Reading Town, it was some distance away and we could not be late to get to Heathrow. When we got back we complained that the details were not that clear and would we be able to have a refund. Their customer service team were appalling and were pushing the blame back onto us. It was far from clear on their booking site, I would highly recommend another coach company to travel anywhere else. cheap tickets = rubbish service. It was £40.00+ not much to refund back and to maintain their brand. How could we give 72 hours notice to cancel when we bought the tickets for date of travel.??

Great service, great price, great quality
