Lack of Empathy

o very disappointed in the way Beaverbrooks have treated my eldest son, he purchased an engagement ring and unfortunately split up. He saved up some of the money and is paying in interest free, he doesn't earn a lot but saved up what he could. so when he tried to take the ring back they said he could only get a refund if he spent approx. £3,000.00 on either a watch or another piece of jewellery. Despite me contacting them in advance and pleading with them for him this was all they could do. I find it very sad that someone could spend what they could afford but then be asked at this time where he's upset to then spend the same amount. Even after maintaining a £119m turnover in 2017, they could not afford to give my son his money back. Shocking!!
