Usually don't have a problem with E5£, however the order I received last week contained a watch that did not work and a pair of PJ's where the seam at the top of the leg was open. These will need to be sewn and the watch, well I guess binned. No labels in the bag for returns and for two items returns were complicated so left it. Disappointed as no complaints in the past but it will make me think again about ordering, hope this feedback enables the team to check where this order went wrong
