Spotted a beautiful personalised sterling silver heart locket on their website, which I wanted specifically for my Daughter's 21st birthday. It was very reasonably priced so I placed my order. There was a bit of a glitch on the website when it came to personalisation so I called them, they took the details down over the phone no problem. The locket arrived 4 working days later and it was beautiful, personalisation was spot on, came in a wee gift box. My daughter was very pleased with it. Thank you Julian Charles, I will shop with you again.

Really great customer service from Regal Whisky - was having a problem placing order online so gave them a ring and they were really helpful, also happy to oblige when I asked if I could add a personal message to a whisky I was having delivered as a gift. A lovely single malt at a great price, with a free sample bottle delivered to my friend the day after I placed my order! Top Notch service I will definitely use again - Well done Regal Whisky

Nice item, arrived pretty quickly and well packaged. I assumed item was made of some kind of china but it is actually wood. My Mother pleased with it for her birthday.

New customer to SP, I have had two orders from them in the last month which were excellent, my only criticism which would have gotten them 5 stars..... please please consider putting leg lengths on trousers, myself and my daughters are tall, it puts me off buying in case they are too short! Will definitely shop with them again x

I ordered a dress from Quiz online, there was an issue with the size I needed being available which i was not advised of before purchasing. I noticed the dress in the size I needed at a higher price on the website the following week and queried this with customer services. They apologised profusely and my dress order was processed at the original price and despatched within an hour of contacting them. The dress arrived next day and was beautiful, quality, material, fit all excellent.

First time using this service and impressed! Great price and service, fitter was lovely, came to my work place at the time quoted and did the job no messing within 15-20 minutes. Will be using again in the near future. Thank You TyresontheDrive

White high gloss shower panels - Had a question to clarify before ordering and they were very helpful on the phone. Ordered Monday, delivered Thursday and kept fully informed of when delivery would be. Delivery driver was very helpful and friendly and checked all the batch numbers to ensure I had the correct ones. Having been let down by another company before I knew about QS Supplies, I emailed them to ask them for an honest response as to whether the item (WC and basin vanity unit) I needed was in stock, they assured me it was and promised delivery within 5-7 working days. I ordered on Saturday, received an email to say it would be delivered the following Monday, then a phone call to say it would be delivered on the Tuesday, however, when I advised I had booked the day off work, they said it was no problem and delivered on the Monday. Driver was so helpful and friendly, goods were packed really well, no damages, good quality item, I am very happy with my new bathroom furniture. Thank you QS Supplies

Was delighted yesterday to find a bathroom vanity unit at a great price, ordered it, paid for it, delivery was confirmed, arranged for my daughter to take a day off work, all going well.... received an email this morning to say a refund had been issued?? No explanation given, took me 10 minutes on the phone to be told it looks like it's out of stock! I now cannot afford to buy another one from somewhere else until the refund comes through which could be up to 7 days through paypal, my daughter has lost a day's annual leave, I have contractors coming to refit my bathroom in 2 weeks, which I won't have a unit for them to fit! Not a great experience at all, Toolstation could offer no further assistance. Not happy! By the way Zoe, please do not add your stock response to these reviews to pass my comments on and for me to contact you via your socials if I wish to discuss!

Following on from my review on here, I received an email asking to review my items, which I did, but when I submitted it, it took me to a link and the only thing that came up on the page was '{"added":true}. Come on guys, whats going wrong? As an NHS worker busy in a pandemic I don't have the time nor am I risking going to the post office for a £10 order, but to not even be able to feedback to you guys that a usually good service has clearly been going wrong lately looking at other recent reviews, is not great for a service that I have had no fault with as a customer for a few years now! Hope you sort out your issues so I can be confident to order in future??

Usually don't have a problem with E5£, however the order I received last week contained a watch that did not work and a pair of PJ's where the seam at the top of the leg was open. These will need to be sewn and the watch, well I guess binned. No labels in the bag for returns and for two items returns were complicated so left it. Disappointed as no complaints in the past but it will make me think again about ordering, hope this feedback enables the team to check where this order went wrong

Sometimes sizing or quality can be a bit hit and miss, try and see if your purchase has already been reviewed, but for £5.00 you can afford to take a chance. Love that they have new stuff in every day. Delivery times are quick, never had any issues and if something is out of stock they quickly refund. I would recommend you take a chance!

I ordered from pet supermarket due to the slightly cheaper price of the product, I ordered on 30th July and received a tracking report from Hermes, who had tried to deliver on 2nd August but there was no-one in to receive it at my office, when I still got no delivery by 5th August I started to query when delivery would be .... you cannot speak to the courier, you have to speak to the retailer. Tried customer services number but unless you knew an extension number you were cut off. Private messaged their facebook page, never got a response. Public messaged their facebook page, didn't get a response from them but lots of comments were added to the thread about people not getting their orders despite monies being taken from their accounts and talk of the company going into administration. Afraid I won't have the confidence to order from Pet Supermarket again in the future!
