My first order took a week before…Unhappy customer twice!

My first order took a week before telling me item was unavailable from supplier. I had to contact them to get that response! My 2nd order I paid for next day delivery last Saturday. It still hasn’t arrived even after telling me it was dispatched yesterday & would be here today.As yet that hasn’t happened & no email to even say it’s been dispatched. The email I sent this morning has not been replied to. Unsatisfactory service. Why offer next day delivery @ an extra cost when they cannot achieve it

This order was received on 19th December ( Saturday ) and dispatched on Monday on a Royal Mail 24 hour service ( the service you chose at checkout ) you can track this here ( https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/FQ906693826GB ) unfortunately with Covid, Christmas etc Royal Mail are struggling to hit their usual delivery times but I'm sure it will be with you soon.
