Awful! Delivered to wrong address & then sent a message saying it had been handed to me. This driver is renowned in the village for delivering incorrectly & seriously not bothered,

Terrible company, if they are actually a company. I have my doubts. My tracking
has had my order in Manchester where it has been for over a week. It’s about time Trading Standard looked at them. I’ve asked for a full refund but they don’t even address that question.
Stay clear is my advice & buy from reputable company.

Christmas evening meal at Weston Hall. Stafford. Normal enjoy our local nice place to eat. Unfortunately tonight was not so great. The bed of potatoes supporting my Hake was very cool. The sprouts in the vegetable bowl accompanying my husbands meal could have been used to do damage they were so hard & cool.
The bill was wrong!!! Had it have not been for the young waiting staff doing such a good job I would have had the discretionary tip taken off the bill. Will leave a while before revisiting.. such a shame!

When my trainers arrived, later than stated! The lacing system was damaged. After emailing several times about damage, poor quality & sizing I was eventually sent a video to repair the lacing. Why I again complained they said I might get a refund after I pay to return them. Why should I pay to return damaged product. What a poor company, stay well clear is my advice.

My first order took a week before telling me item was unavailable from supplier. I had to contact them to get that response! My 2nd order I paid for next day delivery last Saturday. It still hasn’t arrived even after telling me it was dispatched yesterday & would be here today.As yet that hasn’t happened & no email to even say it’s been dispatched. The email I sent this morning has not been replied to. Unsatisfactory service. Why offer next day delivery @ an extra cost when they cannot achieve it

This is the first pleated blind we’ve purchased from this company. We find the blind to be very flimsy & attaching the bottom very smalll supports was very difficult. Not as statisfied with these as with our other purchases from the company. Wouldn’t purchase again.
