SCAMMERS.... absolutely do not buy from this company. The product is nothing like advertised.

Do not buy from these people, they make out they are in England but are in China and quality very poor

Dress looks nothing like the picture. It’s cheap, different colours, different design and no shape.
Returns are expected to go out of the country at aggrieved customer’s expense, even though the product is misrepresented . Takes months to deal with.
Don’t order anything from them!

It's a scam. Took ages to arrive having appeared to be posted via Royal Mail, it's only when it's made it's way from China. Bought 5 things and all terrible quality. The worst is a blazer with no lining, cheap material, poor sizing. Avoid at all costs.
So annoyed with myself.

This is a scam posing as a high end boutique in London. Goods are cheap rubbish form Asia and impossible to get a refund. I hope to get a refund through my credit card provider. Really annoyed with myself for falling for it!

Looked like a really good boutique in London and reviews were good. The dress I had ordered looked absolutely gorgeous - shaped, embroidered and made from flowing material.
The item I received was a shapeless dress made from cheap and nasty nylon material, not shaped, not embroidered and certainly not worth £33 sale price - full price was £109.00!
Returns option after I emailed the company to complain was 15% which increased 20% and finally 30% without returning the dress - they said I could gift it! I could only get a full refund if I returned it to China paying shipping costs and customs fees. How would I pay customs fees when the item arrived in China? If fees aren’t paid the item would be destroyed no refund given.
The company are scammers avoid them like the plague!!!

This company poses to be a boutique in London the products are from China badly sized produced and cheap. If you have been duped by this company you can work with your credit card company to get your cash back with a process called chargeback if you can prove you have been mislead. I am currently in the process of doing this. It’s not for the money but for the fact that they are getting away with it time and time again. They also pose as Lilah & Mae London and Sofia Delane London.

This company only deserve 0 stars.
It's all a scam, 20% refund is disgusting to say the least.

Rubbish cheap fabric, not as advertised. Sizing on same dresses way off. Cannot easily return as has to go back to Asia. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Terrible company, if they are actually a company. I have my doubts. My tracking
has had my order in Manchester where it has been for over a week. It’s about time Trading Standard looked at them. I’ve asked for a full refund but they don’t even address that question.
Stay clear is my advice & buy from reputable company.

I ordered 2 tops from this company for over £50. When they arrived they were not as pictured - made from low quality fabric and not the same design. The product was extremely low quality all round. It proved impossible to get a refund as you would apparently need to send back to China which would have cost £26 and there was no guarantee they would accept the return. They cautioned that goods may be destroyed by customs which sounded like their next ploy to get out of refunding me. They offered 20% refund without returning but who wants 2 crappy tops? This is basically a scam. I looked then up on trustor first but the good reviews I saw have mysteriously disappeared. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS.
