When my trainers arrived, later than stated! The lacing system was damaged. After emailing several times about damage, poor quality & sizing I was eventually sent a video to repair the lacing. Why I again complained they said I might get a refund after I pay to return them. Why should I pay to return damaged product. What a poor company, stay well clear is my advice.
