Since partnering with M&S the amount of items that are out of stock or more annoyingly recorded as in stock only to be told in the day of delivery that they're out of stock has increased exponentially.
The app is constantly turned off which I understand to a degree during lockdown but there's never any communication, no emails or messages to let you know what's going on and to top it all off the app refuse to let me log on through the prompt. Hugely frustrating when you're trying in vain to edit an order.
