I ordered a little over 2 weeks ago…

I ordered a little over 2 weeks ago without checking reviews. I hadn't received any other notifications except for the initial order confirmation and was getting a little nervous so I thought I'd go online and check out what other people were saying about the site. The reviews were not encouraging and I thought that the occasional glowing 5 star reviews among the countless 1 star reviews were a bit fishy and assumed I'd fallen victim to a scam site. I even went so far as to explain to my daughter that she probably wouldn't be getting her kit anytime soon, then lo and behold it turned up today. It looks to be an excellent quality Spurs away kit, embroidered badge, socks, short and shorts all present and correct with her name spelt correctly on the back!
I was ready to come on here and leave a stinking review so felt it only fair that I came on to post a positive one. The wait time is the only slight downside really.
I can only speak to my own experience and for £30 I have no complaints, will everyone's experience be the same? Evidently not...

Woeful

Left at a bus stop with my two girls as the bus sailed past one day this week and then today buses failed to even appear in Kimpton. Had to pay £30 for a cab in the end. Awful bus company with zero accountability.

Comically bad

The medium Xmas jumper I received was laughably huge. I took a punt on a medium sized Totoro Xmas jumper for my 10yr old and not only was it the size of a small tent and take nearly 2 weeks to get here it was also a weird synthetic material. I'd be annoyed if it wasn't so laughable. Avoid if you don't have a sense of humor.

Failed installation and no aftercare.

After failing to install our brand new oven citing incorrect fuse ampage I was told m and s electrical works be in touch to discuss but I've heard absolutely nothing since. We've been charged £120 for this failed installation to which we have so far not been refunded and after having to employ an electrician to come and fit it who told us there was absolutely nothing wrong with our electrical set-up!
I've sent 3 emails which have not been answered and gave up on their customer service phone number after ridiculous waiting times.
Really, really poor service and zero aftercare. We didn't even receive a warranty card with our purchase and Neffs official site doesn't recognise the model number.

Regarding the warranty that comes with the appliance, you should have received an email with a warranty link and you would require the FD and ENR number from the data sticker located internally of the oven.

Great delivery speed, however the bbq I received had a faulty handle. This is a manufacturer's fault however not appliances direct.

Ordered an air-fryer at the end of November and have yet to receive it. Granted IW used Evri as a courier so they should've known better but still...all a bit rubbish.

Upon checking the details, we can see the goods were dispatched by the supplier, but we have received no further courier update which would indicate this may have been lost in transit unfortunately.

Appaling company

Appaling company, they've had a parcel of mine since the 3rd December saying it was delayed. No updates since then and no way of getting in touch with them. The digital bot is just a gaslighting mechanism designed to infuriate and solves absolutely nothing. Awful, just awful. 4.2 stars!?! Really?

Never again.

Engineers arrived late in the day with our dishwasher and then refused to install it. They gave me erroneous information regarding the problem leading to several days of me looking for a 'connector' that I didn't need or indeed couldn't find. I eventually managed to connect the dishwasher myself.
I was also told by the engineers that I would receive a phone call from AO relating to the issue which never materialised. I had to contact them when it became clear I wouldn't be getting a call.
The online chat offered a small monetary recompense which I'm fairly sure I still haven't recieved.
Overall a very poor experience and this came less than a year after an expensive kettle I'd bought started leaking.
I won't be using them again. It's a shame because of heard good things about the company.

I can see we spoke on live chat regarding the issues you faced during the delivery/failure to install and the funds were offered to you as you required these parts but there was some discussion about possibly exchanging this to something more suitable so I do apologise for the confusion caused there. I have now processed those refunds back to you, please allow 3-5 working days for this to credit your account.

Superb, swift service.

Great headphones at a great price and the replacement ear cushions I ordered were reasonably priced and came the very next day. From personal experience they are a great company with excellent service.

Since partnering with M&S the amount of…

Since partnering with M&S the amount of items that are out of stock or more annoyingly recorded as in stock only to be told in the day of delivery that they're out of stock has increased exponentially.
The app is constantly turned off which I understand to a degree during lockdown but there's never any communication, no emails or messages to let you know what's going on and to top it all off the app refuse to let me log on through the prompt. Hugely frustrating when you're trying in vain to edit an order.

After our Dyson died after years of…

After our Dyson died after years of faithful service we picked up a Shark in the December sales, it has always been a terrible successor to the Dyson. It looks great...and that's it. Struggles to pick anything up, always need declogging. It's gotten so that I hate getting out of of the cupboard these days. I use a broom on the hardwood floors as it's far easier and doesn't require picking up detritus that the shark spits back out.
Shark? Jellyfish more like.

Quick delivery but charged and sent me 3 copies of the same game. I submitted a ticket a week ago and recieved an email today telling me the query has been resolved!?! NO IT HASNT.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I haven't had my eyes tested since I was a kid and have never needed glasses before now so has no idea what to expect. Quick, friendly, attentive and efficient. Would recommend.
