I'd never heard of this company until we were looking for a dryer. Their prices are competitive with the "usual" companies and their customer service is excellent.
I'd use Crampton and Moore again should the need arise and recommend them 100%.

AVOID AVOID AVOID shop elsewhere be warned
AVOID AVOID AVOID . If I could give minus 10 stars I would . Ordered a freezer which stated a 3-5 days for delivery and someone would be in contact for delivery . 3 days no contact . I called them and was told awaiting stock someone will call me the next day . I waited another 2 days no one called . I rang them again . Told out of stock , I asked when would they have them . Told that they could not access the information and they wouldn’t be contacting customer service as “They were very busy “ I emailed customer service . They replied the same day and said would have stock that day and they wouldn’t call me and arrange delivery once stock had been booked in .
4 days later I’m told I will have a delivery between 17.00 and 19.00 the next day .
Delivery never arrived ! Emailed them that evening and tried calling the next day . Finally one was delivered a few days later . Before I opened it the delivery men had left . I opened the box and the freezer was damaged . Finally returned the freezer after emails and calls . No apology no compensation. This company is a disgrace. I bought another at John Lewis . I wanted to support a local business , but that was not a good idea . Shop elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

Thank you for taking your time to leave us your feedback. I have looked into your order and can see that you did have a few issues in regards to the delivery and the damage on the freezer, for this, we are truly sorry.
Upon ordering the website did show that this item was for pre order and we did advise this upon our first communication, so we do apologise for the miscommunication however the website did clearly state that this was a pre order item.
I can see that you dealt with my colleague and we communicated with you regularly advising you of the information being passed to us from Arrow XL. Again we are sorry for the way in which the delivery was handled, since your order was placed in October, we have taken many steps forward in ensuring that we are able to communicate better with our customers through our courier company.
We have repeatedly apologised for the errors made and for the damage caused. Once we had confirmation of the collection your full refund was processed.

Revised Review
Revised review, I originally posted zero stars and Arrow XL were not truthful on they tried to deliver but stated on line, no one was at home at 12.26. Our CCTV shows no attempt made, hence I originally posted zero stars. Since Lauren at Crampton and Moore has raised a complaint with Arrow XL and await outcome, they delivered next day on special delivery, item arrived with no damage and Lauren sorted the problem quickly and professionally. So on a positive a good price, handled the problem well. Note of appreciation to Lauren at Crampton & Moore for her help in resolving the problem.
