First snd last time I deal with this company. I arranged with their delivery partner, ArrowXL for my £450 dishwasher to be delivered on Monday 16th. I got an email on Sunday evening with my time slot. Between 3.30-5.50pm. Great.. Kids are off so a nice lie in. I arranged for my son to come and help me. Got up at 10am. And there's a card through my letter box. They turned up at 8.17am!! I called ArrowXL. She tried to help but just said they've decided to do the run back-to-front. Isn't that nice? So that makes an absolute mockery of giving customers time slots. I was informed I would have to re-book. I called Crampton and Moore and told them what had happened and told them I get this machine today at the stipulated time slot or they can have the machine back. The guy at Crampton and Moore didn't seem too bothered at losing a £450 sale, which was surprising. He said he would email ArrowXL and see if it can be delivered today. To 'see if'? I'm sorry, your customer is being messed around and you should have done a lot more than 'see' if it can be delivered. ArrowXL should have been told that they deliver that machine as agreed today. I didn't get the machine. And Crampton and Moore cancelled the order without any more contact from me. They must be having a roaring trade in these hard times. Let's hope that continues when easier times arrive!!
Crampton and Moore, ArrowXL are based in Wigan. I live in Skelmersdale. 15 minutes apart. That machine could and should have been delivered. It was ArrowXL error, so if they would have to pay half an hour overtime than so be it. But instead you allowed them to screw your customer around and let them off the hook.
In future I will stuck with Argos and Curry's. Even if it is a few quid more!!

Over the years we've purchased a number of TV's from C & M and their level of service has always been first class. We've received professional advice with no push towards a specific item. After sales were excellent when needed providing us with a swift resolution. Cant speak highly enough of our experiences and we will continue to use for all our home electronics.

Was looking to upgrade my TV and looked online, there name kept appearing like most others in the field. So after looking around jumped on there's. Now the price was the same as others so whats the difference. They had an option for multi buy. Fill the form in with what you want,price back. Now, I only wanted a TV which was the Samsung S90F but i just wanted to know how much a sound bar was. The price that came back was brilliant. Left me with something to think about. I hadn't considered a sound bar as I had one already. But I bought the package and saved some money.

Simple delivery, yes I had a Saturday and paid extra but everything turned up as they said it would. Courier stuck to the time slots.

Made online purchase of Hotpoint gas hob.
Initially wasn't quite sure item was suitable as pictures of hob showed rear cast iron grate projecting beyond edge of rear glass hob.
However was tempted by excellent sale price and purchased. Delivery was prompt and on time.
Hob was installed by pet gas engineer and the grates have almost foolproof fitting guides. So product was advertised with grates incorrectly installed. Hope not too many people were put off. Overall excellent product. My boss well pleased.

helpful and Pleasant to deal with Matched a v competitive price then had a warranty issue days outside the period they're required to offer a replacement. However they gave me the option of a repair or replacement... That offer means I will ALWAYS return to them when buying electrics
For me good customer service means everything in today's congested market place

We bought an American fridge freezer from them and they delivered the fridge freezer on time however never experienced such rudeness from delivery staff. Whether they were out-sourced or not is irrelevant, i am an 80 year old man who lives with wife. They dumped the fridge freezer in the kitchen however i asked them to put it close to the place where the fridge freezer was going to sit which required to go down one step. They point blank refused and left me too it. I am now having to ask neighbours to come and help and we are still at shock with the level of customer service from these delivery drivers. If they are representation of the company i would suggest you avoid this company at all cost.

The worst company service ever. Refusing to replace faulty TV which they had proof of fault over 2 months ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

Damaged fridge/freezer delivered. Replacement was even worse. Agreed collection/replacements dates not adhered to ( "road closed", "van broken down") which was more likely to be their delivery company.
I had to threaten to leave a damaged item in my garden as it was preventing flooring work.

Eventually got annoyed and tired and accepted the original damaged fridge with a goodwill gesture.

Could be OK if you can collect/return any purchase you make. Otherwise leave will alone.

This company is old school customer service, 5 stars plus. Telephone answered by a human being, good knowledge of the product, have dedicated delivery company who are also top notch. A delight to find a company like this. Have bought four items from them and anticipate using them again. Would highly recommend.

Crampton & Moore are a great store to deal with. I purchased a microwave at a great price online and the delivery was very quick. It was faulty, however their customer service department were very efficient. The old one was picked up and a new one despatched not long after. I even had a follow-up call to see if everything was okay (many thanks Harry!).
From start to finish, communication has been excellent - this company is well worth the 5 stars.
