Total Satisfaction with After Sales team…

I purchased a microwave from Crampton and Moore, everything was fine until 8 months into the 12 month warranty. The Manufacturer was only interested in selling me a policy for their product, they were difficult to contact and assistants on their chat line would just disappear. I eventually got a date for an engineer to visit, after 5 minutes he identified the problem and said he needed to order a part which should take 2 or 3 days....silence followed by more silence. I contacted Crampton and Moore's After Sales and spoke with Josh who intervened with the Manufacturer. 2 more visits later I was still without a working microwave, I requested that I could return it. Josh got a collection number in October and I asked for a replacement from a different manufacturer,Neff, if I paid the difference. This was agreed, sadly we had a bereavement at the same time which caused us to keep travelling to the Isle of Wight to sort the estate. By thd time I followed up on this it was November, Josh was no longer with the company but a very helpful person named Matthew took up my case. I selected the replacement microwave, paid the difference on a link that Matthew sent and he arranged for collection of the faulty item. The collection happened on Christmas Eve but my Neff microwave had to be ordered in especially. I received my new microwave on 8th January and I am so far delighted but haven't put it to much of a test yet. Josh, Matthew and briefly Lauren were all incredibly helpful and I cannot thank them enough. I would certainly recommend Crampton and Moore to anybody wishing to purchase electrical goods, I feel that they went over and beyond for me and it is very much appreciated 👏

I recently bought a LG OLED TV from the Harrogate store. I was getting very confused about the numerous models and types of TV available. Graham couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through the selection process. I am over the moon with my purchase and I can't thank Graham enough for his patience and customer service. I would highly recommend Crampton and Moore.

Fantastic Service

I ordered a dishwasher and in error, I ordered stainless steel instead of white.
On the day of delivery I spotted my error and phoned Lauren.
Straight through, no wait time, no stupid menus, speaking to somebody who could and would help me immediately!
Lauren said that she'd cancel the order and process a full refund. 100% polite and helpful, a lovely person to deal with.
She phoned back after the weekend to confirm that she could see that delivery had not taken place and that she had processed the refund. Once again, how many times do people NOT phone you back, Lauren did!
And within a couple of days my refund has arrived, not 5 days or 10 days or 30 days, but 2 days!
I cannot speak highly enough about Crampton & Moore and in particular, Lauren and I will recommend C & M to my friends and familiy.

Excellent price for our new tv and it was delivered with no issues within a couple of days. I’d definitely use Crampton and Moore in the future.

Price was very good...but 4 days later…

Price was very good...but 4 days later no update regarding delivery..rang the customer service number after 15 seconds you automatically get disconnected, and i rang 3 times. ..appalling for what portrays to be a quality company

Never came

This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst and most frustrating online purchasing experiences I have ever had. I ordered a washer-dryer in good faith and waited almost a full month for an item that never arrived. Throughout this entire period, delivery dates were repeatedly scheduled, cancelled, and rescheduled, only to be cancelled again, often without proper notice or explanation.
From the beginning, communication was poor and inconsistent. Each time I contacted the seller, I was given vague responses, shifting excuses, and no clear ownership of the problem. The seller continuously blamed the courier, yet failed to take responsibility for resolving the issue or providing a meaningful solution. As the customer, I was left chasing updates myself, week after week, with no proactive communication or genuine support.
What made this experience even worse was the seller’s dismissive and, at times, outright rude attitude. Rather than acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, I was treated as an inconvenience. Promises were repeatedly made and broken, and deadlines were missed without apology or accountability. At no point did it feel like the seller was acting professionally or in the customer’s best interest.
Despite my patience and multiple attempts to resolve the situation amicably, nothing improved. I rearranged my time repeatedly, waited at home for deliveries that never came, and was ultimately left without a washer-dryer for weeks.

Absolute horrendous company

Absolute horrendous company bought a brand-new tumble dryer took 11 days to deliver we are only 45mins away then when we unpacked it we found it was not suitable for purpose. The water tank was behind a flimsy door at the bottom of Machine meaning you had to get down on your hands and knees to slide it out to empty it and put it back so we requested return of the item re packed it in all its original packaging. They said they’d arranged courier to collect they never turned up so I’ve got on their case same again said they’d arranged courier to come and pick it up. I jumped through hoops and filled all the things in. They asked me to fill-in on the day they were supposed to collect once again did not come and collect. It has now been a month so the dryer is stud in my living room in the way over christmass and still not collected they hardly reply to Messages only when they feel like it you cannot contact the courier until they contact you so would not recommend you deal with this company. Absolutely horrendous.

Had a great experience being looked after by the team at the Rotherham store. Called in advance, reserved the item and collected the same day. Very happy with my experience, with the product and pricing. I would highly recommend Crampton And Moore.

Misleading, Dishonest & No After-Sales Support

Very disappointing experience. I received a high-value TV and spent over a month chasing the retailer due to issues with my order. I was repeatedly given false assurances — including being told items had been dispatched when they clearly had not. Once I provided clear evidence contradicting their claims, communication stopped altogether.

Customer service was handled by Lauren, After Sales Team Leader, and unfortunately the lack of honesty, accountability, and follow-up made this situation far worse than it needed to be.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious and keep everything in writing..
What should have been a straightforward fix turned into weeks of stress and wasted time. Poor communication, misleading updates, and no resolution after weeks of chasing. I'd now submitted a Section 75 claim with my credit card.

An efficient, friendly customer experience.

I ordered a dishwasher from Crampton and Moore, which was the model I wanted at a very good price. Throughout the order and delivery process the customer service was excellent with prompt responses to queries and very pleasant communications. The dishwasher arrived on the appointed day with good communications from the delivery company. The delivery team removed the packaging and put the carton over our old dishwasher before loading it in their van. The new dishwasher was placed in front of the gap in our kitchen cupboards. In total, a perfect transaction, a rare occurrence these days. Thanks

Appalling customer service

I ordered an oven and a dishwasher to be delivered the following week. I took the day off work and arranged for an electrician to fit them on the day of delivery. That morning I received a text from arrow saying they couldn’t deliver the items as they did not have them. After multiple phone calls and emails to which I received no reply. I called a shop where somebody was helpful. They told me they had provided the goods to arrow. I asked what I was supposed to do. I was in the middle.? days and days passed and I never heard a word from Crampton & Moore - you cannot speak to customer service services because they’re inbox is full - you do not receive a reply to any email that you sent!?
In the end after a week, I cancelled the items and obtained a refund. Absolutely appalling customer service. They blamed it all on Black Friday and that everybody was so busy. I said I don’t mind it taking a long time to be delivered but just let people know when that is the case and don’t book in days that are impossible to deliver and cancel at the last moment!!

Brilliant Service

They use a warranty company called…

They use a warranty company called Solocare !! This is by far worst experience I have ever had from a warranty company
1st reported a fault on 20th October
It took two weeks to send another company out to see my faulty Samsung
Was told another week later it was beyond economical repair
Paid extra to get a newer Samsung version a week later it arrived damaged
It is now the 8th of December and I’m still waiting for a tv off then absolutely disgusting it taking over 6 weeks and no tv
They turn there phone off and do not reply to emails absolutely shocking company
Will update this when they actually reply or answer the phone !

Poor logistics
Still waiting for an American fridge freezer to arrive. Multiple promised deliveries and it’s still not arrived making me suspicious of the company and if it’s a scam.
Would not advise buying from here .

Avoid this company

I recently ordered a television from this company and have yet to receive it. After multiple attempts to contact customer service, I eventually spoke with a representative who was unable to advise me on the status or location of my order. I was told that the delivery company, Arrow XL, currently has the item but that they were unreachable, as their phones were reportedly switched off.

No alternative solutions were offered, and I was neither provided with a direct contact number nor offered a call back with updates. This level of communication and service is extremely disappointing, and I am now left without any clear indication of when, or if, my purchase will be delivered.

Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding online purchases from this company.

Product lost in warehouse

Waited almost 2 weeks for product which is not a problem but got my delivery spot for between 8.30 and 10.30 am at 10am got a text saying problem with delivery wait further instructions after 3 hours trying get through to someone as before this all I got was mailbox full. When finally I got through to somebody the man was very nice he informed me my product had been lost in the warehouse. And that I would have to rebook a new delivery slot of over a week’s wait. He did refund my money. Which I believe is the minimum he could do.
