I have been looking to buy a specific model of a Samsung T V but did not know where to buy it from. I phoned up Cramptonand Mooreand Chris organised a purchase over the phone and sent me a link for an extended warranty. The delivery was smoothless. I am very pleased how Sykes handled my booking. I spoke to someone on the phone to make enquiries about the property. My husband was out and they sent me an e mail link reserving the property for a couple of hours so that when he returned we could book it. When he returned we decided to buy the insurance as well. I phoned up again and the lady sent a new link and waited until everything went through smoothly. Very impressed with the service, Thank you

Excellent service. I was not sure whether to buy new or get a "refurbished one". I phoned up customer services who reassured me that A1 means as new. My phone is just as described. It arrived a couple of days after i ordered it. I am still learning how to use it but I am so far delighted with it. I would definitely shop with Laptops direct again.
