Don't allow reviews of their products on their website. Had I been able to leave a review for the Hotpoint Extractor fan it would have received 1* and other customers might not have made the same mistake I did in buying it.
Yes, their fridge prices are competitive, but the logistics and customer service are an absolute disaster. The first delivery failed because the drivers “didn’t bring the proper tools” to get the fridge inside. For the second scheduled delivery, they simply didn’t show up at all.
I strongly advise everyone not to be tempted by the cheaper price. Even if you pay a few hundred pounds more, choose a reliable company like Currys instead. This has been a completely disappointing experience.

Mainly two reasons:
1. I had to take a day off to sit at home, waiting for the appliance to arrive, but cancelled with no advance notice before delivery. Very frustrating and unprofessional behaviour.
2. Not the cheapest in the market, even with all the claims about black friday deals and price matching promises. I found the same product with their competitors for £100 cheaper. Sent them a link and have screenshots of the competitor's product which is still available in stock.
More details:
1. Crampton says the product is shipped. Tracking shows the same, but ArrowXL says they have not received the product and cancelled the delivery on the prearranged day/time. I am losing a day's pay for this time off from work.
2. Ordered the appliance as part of black Friday offers, advertised as the cheapest deal on the planet matched with a wide selection of competitors. I didn't check much as the statements were bold and promising. I compared deals after the delivery was cancelled and saw their direct competitor offering the same product for £100 cheaper.
Update 27th November:
1. Still no news of the missing order. Customer care is horrible, saying they have contacted me with an update but in reality I've not heard from them in 2.5 days! Sales team (Lynn) is completely unprofessional and master of single line replies and false promises.
2. Got £100 refund, so that part is good even though the item is missing!

Ordered a fridge freezer from this company through Amazon. Also ordered and paid for extra service to collect my old freezer. The freezer delivered but the driver was looking for an excuse not to take my old freezer. They fid not take it and I contacted Amazon customer service which escalated the matter and contacted them for collection of my old freezer. So far no response and making more excuses such as van if full or we are not going to recycling centre. Appalling service

I placed an order for a Samsung Soundbar (Order #20171559) with Crampton and Moore for £299. My payment was accepted and confirmed, but soon after, the company cancelled the order saying it was out of stock. The same product remained listed on their website at a higher price, which raised serious doubts about that explanation.
Another customer who ordered hours after me received his item, so it seems the process was not handled on a fair first-come basis. I have now filed a small-claims action against Crampton and Moore (Electronics Ltd) on 9 October 2025 for breach of contract and misrepresentation.
I hope the company reviews its ordering system and honours confirmed sales rather than cancelling them once promotions or cashback offers appear. Consumers deserve honesty and consistency.

Tried to arrange to collect a Soundbar from Rotherham for £929 but told the stock is held be APC. said I would order on the net when i got home. In a couple of hours they have increaded the price to £1099.
Update - They have now offered to honour the lower price and I have received it and set it up. Its stunning Thanks for a great service in the end.

Trying to get Crampton and Moore to deal with an out of warranty fault on a Samsung Microwave.
They have dragged their feet, tried to force us to use a Samsung engineer call out at prohibitive cost, tried to argue that an independent engineers report wasn't acceptable, finally accepted that report - then redirected us to Samsung, informing Samsung it was an in-warranty repair when they knew full well it was not. Now dragging their feet (since 25th of July, it is now 1st October) over a 'quotation' for repair - not even a full return, repair etc...
Have been forced to take to SCC. Do not deal with this company, they do not think that consumer rights laws apply to them.
ETA - You were very awkward about accepting our local engineers report, we really had to insist.
I apologise, you are correct, you did not tell Samsung it was an in-warranty fault - it's actually worse, as you contacted Samsung and directed them to contact us, when you knew our contract was with you and this was an out of warranty fault and that they would direct us back to you.
Samsung did indeed direct us back to you, and could not understand why you had asked them to contact us as you were aware the product was out of warranty, and we had never claimed otherwise.
In the interests of fairness I will update again when this issue is resolved satisfactorily.
ETA: 15.10.2025 - We accepted a partial refund, as the alternative was a microwave with the same inherent fault, or to make up the difference for a more expensive microwave. As I was not willing to engage in a further transaction with Crampton & Moore by buying another product from them, we accepted a partial refund.
They attempted to get us to close the Money Claim Online case before they paid us this refund, effectively holding us to ransom, and we had to argue the point there for several days before they finally refunded. We have subsequently closed the case.

I'm 56 and easily irritated by poor service. Not this time! I purchased an AEG washing machine from Crampton & Moore based on their great price. On the day of delivery I realised that the machine I'd order was too big for the space I needed to put it. Their customer service was exceptional; they guided me through rejecting the delivery and 2 days later I had an alternative machine [that fitted!] delivered. Super friendly customer service rep [Matthew] called me throughout to keep me updated on progress. And to top that off I was not charged a penny extra [delivery or admin] for my own stupidity!

Delivery was very slow and I was left very disappointed as I arranged for collection of my old appliance and because it was still a little wet on the inside of the freezer they would not collect but refused to refund the collection fee. I would not recommend using their services.

Fantastic service from this company !
I ordered a dishwasher at a competitive price from them, but was unhappy with the general manufacturing quality of the model itself. We asked them to replace it with another model which we knew had a better quality level and they agreed to exchange. We paid the difference and they arranged drop off and collection.
All actions were taken very quickly and Josh always responded to emails within a few hours maximum.
I would highly recomend this company.

I have no issues with the company itself the customer service was good however the company they use ArrowXL are AWFUL, delivery booked in twice, both times our item was not delivered with no communication about why. I took time off work both times to be present for delivery. Ended up getting a refund and getting our TV from somewhere else. C&M need to change their courier company!
