AVOID AVOID AVOID . If I could give minus 10 stars I would . Ordered a freezer which stated a 3-5 days for delivery and someone would be in contact for delivery . 3 days no contact . I called them and was told awaiting stock someone will call me the next day . I waited another 2 days no one called . I rang them again . Told out of stock , I asked when would they have them . Told that they could not access the information and they wouldn’t be contacting customer service as “They were very busy “ I emailed customer service . They replied the same day and said would have stock that day and they wouldn’t call me and arrange delivery once stock had been booked in .
4 days later I’m told I will have a delivery between 17.00 and 19.00 the next day .
Delivery never arrived ! Emailed them that evening and tried calling the next day . Finally one was delivered a few days later . Before I opened it the delivery men had left . I opened the box and the freezer was damaged . Finally returned the freezer after emails and calls . No apology no compensation. This company is a disgrace. I bought another at John Lewis . I wanted to support a local business , but that was not a good idea . Shop elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.

Absolutely shocking service - 1st delivery never attempted . They called me a liar and said they had attempted delivery rang me and also dropped a car - none of the above occurred . They were meant to be with me between 5-7 pm and at 19.45 I received a message to say attempted delivery no one in ! the whole family were in and we live on a track that no one else uses - we know when anyone comes up that track let alone has knocked on the door - also meant to call 30 mins before and no call - they told the company I had ordered from they had attempted to ring and knock on the door - They company asked for proof and 3 weeks later I am still waiting . Of course there will be none as this did not occur . Second attempted delivery they were meant to be with me between 10.30 and 12.30 . Eventually at 14.30 they arrive .

After being left 2 cards to state attempted delivery - left no reference number .
Called the stated number on the card which would apparently help me with enquiries - unless I had a tracking number the automated service would hang up - having then contacted live chat where I was asked how can they help , I replied and after 6 mins still no answer ! They then denied all knowledge of my parcel anything to my post code attempted delivery and no record even when I uploaded photos of the delivery attempt cards . Absolutely useless company and poor customer service I wish companies would cease to use them - minus 5 stars would be given

Highly recommend !! If I could give 10 stars I would :) from the initial booking to the clear up at the end of the night everything was smooth and professional . Nothing too much trouble at all . Sandi and Jack the croupiers were fabulous and when I book again I will be asking for them . Friendly helpful and fun . Everyone loved them and they were great at explaining how to play . Vikki who felt with my booking was very communicative and so helpful with the exact times I needed it set up and play starting - as it was a surprise party . I wish all companies ran like this with great customer service and support . So thank you so much to all of the team . Kara and Douglas x

Arrived at a time they weee expected, I was constantly updated as to the time and that someone was on the way .

I shop at Ted all the time and I decided to buy a bracelet for a friend it came without the message I had dictated and came in a jewellery pouch that was marked all over . I emailed customer service and it has been 2 weeks and no response. Poor quality and very poor customer service
