Speedy delivery but poor customer service.

I cant complain about the quality, price and quality of the purchase but the non-existent customer service soured it for me. I sent 3 emails none of which were answered following a mix-up at my end regarding a Crank Bros wheelset.

Good product.

Lovely comfortable chairs however the legs are a different colour than those advertised. These are more of an orange wood than the light, ash colour shown online. But misleading.

We are however glad that you are happy with the comfort of your chairs. The Patchwork Eames style DSW chair has a curved seat that contours to the body when the user is seated and is padded for that extra snippet of comfort. The patchwork seats give the contemporary and simple design of the Eames chair a flair that none of your guests will stop talking about.

Swift and relatively hassle free.

...and the best prices around. I've been using CRC for many years and have always been blown away by how quickly orders are processed and delivered. I've ordered many,many times and must have spent nearly 2 grand with them over the last 7 years including my first purchase from them a BeOne mtb back in 2007 so have had a couple of dodgy delivery moments but they're always resolved and I've never had any qualms about using them again and again. If only all internet shopping was this hassle-free.
