Im only staying with Octopus because the market is in such turmoil. I will however jump to another supplier as soon as I can find a cheaper rate. My bills are going to go up by around 80% leaving me in dire straights. I hope the energy company bosses gets whats coming to them.

Thank you for leaving this review it helps us to do better as a company. I completely understand that bills increasing at the rate that they are is a huge worry for all of our customers at the moment. We are doing everything we can to support our customers in the best way that we can.
To date we have spent £100 million pounds in order to keep our prices as low as we can and we have set aside £2.5 million pounds to create a financial support fund for our more vulnerable customers.
