They appear to be the best provider. My bills haven't soared and on renewal its gone down slightly. The App is also pretty good.

Im only staying with Octopus because the market is in such turmoil. I will however jump to another supplier as soon as I can find a cheaper rate. My bills are going to go up by around 80% leaving me in dire straights. I hope the energy company bosses gets whats coming to them.

Thank you for leaving this review it helps us to do better as a company. I completely understand that bills increasing at the rate that they are is a huge worry for all of our customers at the moment. We are doing everything we can to support our customers in the best way that we can.
To date we have spent £100 million pounds in order to keep our prices as low as we can and we have set aside £2.5 million pounds to create a financial support fund for our more vulnerable customers.

Managed to damage an alloy and get a puncture around the same time. Slightly horrified at having to make two claims. The person we rang was very understanding and helpful. All was sorted within the day and the alloy booked in days later. Restored my faith in insurance companies.

This is not really an outdoor greenhouse!
I purchased the (ESDXL21GRE050)8' x 6' Extra Tall Evesham Polycarbonate Greenhouse with FREE Base. Not too hard to build but once up it was a battle to keep it up with rebuild after rebuild, using a large amount of sealant to hold the polycarbonate screens in. Any wind larger than a mild gust and the frame twists and bows popping out the panes. Needless to say, this morning as the heavy winds hit Scotland, the greenhouse is no more. I would not recommend anyone buying this item unless it is erected in a very sheltered spot or in a garage!!!
