Complete disaster

I wanted to order from Belgium on 10 august 2022, so I asked in advance if that would be a problem. I would not ; 'Yes, we do deliver to Belgium'. So I confirmed my order and paid 164,06 euro by creditcard. I received a tracking code and saw my packet travelling to Birmingham, instead of Belgium. Back and forth, several times. I contacted the customer service repeatedly, but they said they couldn't do anything for me. I just had to wait for the packet to return to them, and then they would pay me back. I got no news for weeks. And now I get an e-mail that I would get no more then 145,56 euro back. Huh ? So they invoice me 19 euro for their own incompetence, that is not being able to write down an international address ? I will complain about this theft too, but probably nobody will be able to do anything for me. Sounds like a company with a smell.
